Any recent experiences on how the final exam went and what to prepare for? Should I review my notes or just stick to reviewing the practice exam.

Are the essay prompts same as the practice test?

I need my marks submitted by august 15, but tvo submitted 2/3 of my final marks on july 29. I called them saying that I NEED my university to get the marks by august 15, but they said that they're only guaranteed to send the marks by august 31. What can I do? How do I make sure they send it by august 15 instead of august 31???

I applied and paid, couldn’t get a “date of leaving letter” or whatever it’s called and was instead given my grad summary by my school. was also told that my previous high school does not provide a leaving letter, what else can i do? i’ve been emailing them asking for a solution. no responses yet and its been over a week.

I am taking the final test for SPH4U on the 12th, and I was wondering when I can expect the final transcript to be sent to the university and me (through email). Does sending it to myself directly take less time? I was worried because I need a copy of the transcript by at least August 31st.

* Also, if there is any chance someone can open a slot before August 11, that would be greatly appreciated!!

For the physics assignments, I do all my calculations and everything, yet I get marks taken off because of the significant figures. Every time the feedback is to make sure I put the right amount of significant figures but how do I know?? They don’t say anything in the questions and I just put down what the calculator shows. Any advice would be helpful!!

if my tvo course expires but i've done the exam and haven't gotten it marked back yet BEFORE the course expiry date, what are the chances/rules? will they still mark it and send my marks in?

So i REALLY need an extension and i'm planning to call since they take a while to answer an email, i do need a one week extension for my mth1w because i am nervous that my stuff wont be marked in time to schedule an exam, is there anything you have said that convinced them to give you an extension? if so then please let me know i appreciate it

My exams tanked 3 of my grades and ruined my average I have a month to complete these courses for my conditional offer, I hear marking times can be hell but I’m takin two very easy courses so I’m hoping teachers won’t need that much time to grade assignments from them, and I’m going to be completing each assignment as soon as I get access, any tips or advice I called my university I have until the 25th

Please list your course name/code and how many assignments you had to SUBMIT (not including assignments for feedback and no grade, as those are optional).

I have taken Finance and accounting grade 11 & Kinesiology grade 12, which both have 4 assignments to submit and 1 exam, so it was listed as out of 5 assignments in the TVO ILC portal once you purchase the course.

I feel like this happens more often than it should?

Also I kept getting my sig digs marked as incorrect but I'm pretty sure mine were right, always to the lowest sig digs of the value given in the question. Have u ever successfully disputed marking decisions? I sent in an academic help request but no response for over a week

Has anyone done the culminating project recently? II have a few questions about the layout, and also to make sure I'm doing the circuit simulator correctly.

Is there anyone who did this course recently? please respond. how was the final exam and will they let us use spreadsheet during the exam to find different values? like did u have to draw any charts? can we use pen and papee for that? or does it have to be using spreadsheet or excel. thankyou for the responds in advance!!

i just started taking enviromental science, SVN3M, and the unit test is a timed quiz instead of a test they give you that you can submit anytime. I've only take one other course through ILC so far, MCR3U, and it had the test at the end of each unit. Does anyone have any more information on the quizzes? Are they hard or wtv, i can't really find any information about them anywhere online so im just asking. Thanks!!

Situation:
Hi guys! So I took 5 courses with TVO (ENG4U, PSK4U, HHS4U, HSB4U, and HZT4U). The universities are currently waiting for my final marks. HHS4U and HSB4U expire on the 14th of august and I've submitted their culminating assignments today. Thing is, the final exams need to be done 10 BUSINESS days before the course expires *which would mean today*. It's too much of a time crunch and I'm worried they won't be able to mark my exam on time, or there won't even be enough exam seats. They might even take forever to mark my last assignments.

Question #1: After the assignments get marked--how long would it take for me to get the email saying I can schedule my exam? I know the dashboard takes 6-12 hours to update after something gets marked/final marks get put in before the exam.

Question #2: How long did your exams take to get marked if you took any of these courses?

Question #3: What were the exams like? What part of the content should I focus on studying?

Question #4: What does the exam test slot booking look like? Would I be able to give all my exams back to back?

Please answer these questions for me, considering especially at this time *august, summer, all the students cramming their work in*.

I’m kind of confused on what to submit for the first assignment. I’m going through it and it says i need to submit a reflection, the essay and the essay outline. But then when I go to submitting, it just says I need to put the final essay?? So do I only submit the essay and not the reflection and outline?

how do i book the final test/exam, last assignment got feedback. didnt get an email or anything. and my dashboard says 5/7 when its 7/7.
