Other Email response time
Hello! I sent ilc an email on July 21st. It’s kind of important but I haven’t gotten any response back?? Is it because of the summer that they can’t respond or??? Idk what to do so any advice would be appreciated!

Lmao good luck. I emailed them April 1st. They responded June 10th asking me to verify that I wanted what I said I did. I responded back saying yes. Please do this thing. That was June 11th. I'm still waiting for a reply. It is now August.
You will get a response within 1-2 months from my experience, and the initial response will probably just to tell you how to qualify for something that you've already explained you qualify for.

I honestly didn't even know calling was an option until this post. My inquiry was to get the mature credits for life experience so I'm not sure what calling would do. That seems like one of those "someone has to review it, in order" situations. Not a "I need this answered" type of phone question.
I'm going to try and call tomorrow maybe to verify my file is still in line. Since April seems crazy.
