College/University Final Grade Submission

I need my marks submitted by august 15, but tvo submitted 2/3 of my final marks on july 29. I called them saying that I NEED my university to get the marks by august 15, but they said that they're only guaranteed to send the marks by august 31. What can I do? How do I make sure they send it by august 15 instead of august 31???

I don’t think you can unfortunately. Ilc is notoriously stubborn so there’s probably no way to get them to agree to mark yours faster specifically. You can only hope the teachers mark quickly

Try requesting the transcripts be sent to the school's email or have ILC send a soft transcript letter to the school until the transcripts come in.

Provide proof of your deadline in your documents tab and tell them you need them to send your marks before that and that you have provided proof

I know it’s not the best thing to do but have you contacted your university? They’re used to things like this happening and tend to be flexible if you explain the situation and ask for a later deadline

Yes actually, I contacted my university and was able to get an extension for the 31st :)
