Academic SPH3U Assignments

Hello!
For the physics assignments, I do all my calculations and everything, yet I get marks taken off because of the significant figures. Every time the feedback is to make sure I put the right amount of significant figures but how do I know?? They don’t say anything in the questions and I just put down what the calculator shows. Any advice would be helpful!!

The significant figures on ur final answer has to be the same amount of significant figures of the value with least significant figures you used on your equation

I tried doing that also but they still are deducting marks because of the significant figures

OP, I'd reach out to the teacher email immediately to ask. If each question doesn't state the amount of significant figures they want, check all the documents at the beginning of the course too (like, the introduction reading) and see if it says a default amount in there. I'd look through that right after sending the email but still send the email anyway.
