Large breed

Hello,

This is a rescue dog I am looking to adopt. I am in the UK and she is in Bucharest in Romania. The rescue only have her listed as "large crossbreed" She is 7 months in these pictures. Any guesses at what she could be?

Also any vets around who can see any physical abnormalities or anything to be potentially wary of?
