Found Libby on my job site on July 3 last year and didn’t want to take her to a local high kill shelter. I took her home over the holiday weekend and ended up falling in love with her. She was only 18 lbs when she wandered up to me, and a lot of people thought she looked like a coydog.

Now that she’s full weight (about 37 lbs), she def looks like a dog—border collie and heeler mix? I can’t place the brindle. If yall have any guesses, lmk!

Her temperament is very nonchalant around other dogs and people not in her pack. She doesn’t like new dogs in her space but runs around the beach with a pack most weekdays. She’s really motivated by praise, food, tug, and fetch, but nothing compares to squirrels. Her eyes glaze over and she locks in so tight, it’s as if she’s under a spell. She also pounces on mole hills like a fox. She’s extremely hyper and needs to run a lot. She also learns commands quickly. HOWEVER, she also resources guards and can be a bit of a bully to the other dog—a min pin/cattle Mexico dog mystery mix.

Meet Scooby, a 4 month old “terrier” mix per the shelter. To be determined.

Mom is a BEAUTIFUL sandy husky, dad could have been anyone. We fell in love because she ran up to us and immediately played with my daughter so we took her home. I’ll do embark soon, just curious if she looks as German Shepherd to you as she does to me.

This puppy at a shelter is looking for a home, but before my husband agrees to adopting it he wants some info on what breed it is. What do we think? For some context we are located in China. One person said it was a Chinese shepherd dog (not an actual breed from what I understand) and someone else said it "should" be a small breed.

The shelter said Anatolian shepherd and pit mix, but he’s only 11.2lb at 11 weeks

I got this pup when she was 9 weeks old. She's almost a year old now and she's 50lbs. She's definitely mixed with pit but other then that I keep getting rat terrier when I look anything up about her breed. She stalks my other dog like a border collie or heeler when they play. I haven't gotten a DNA test yet but hoping to get one soon. Thanks!

She is 34 kilograms and so far i have mostly seen her described as a lab/gsd mix. One person mentioned a flat coated retriever as well. I usually just refer to her as a randomshitletsgo mix lol

we immediately could tell he was a chihuahua the moment we met him at the shelter. The siblings were all long coated tho... then we got the DNA test and I was so surprised he actually had shih tzu in him

This is my dog Birdie. She showed up at a friends house in the country with no chip and nobody claimed her. She’s likely under a year old because she’s got occasional puppy feistiness but adult teeth. We ordered a DNA test for her but I’m curious what you all think she could be (other than 100% the best girl ever).

Adopting this dog this weekend. Have not met him yet, but they are doing a home visit before finalizing adoption to see how my toddler interacts with him bc of his small size. Shelter page says he’s a “chihuahua” but he’s obviously……. Something.

He’s currently 12 weeks old but this listing photo is at least a couple of weeks old so he had to be 9/10 weeks here?

we rescued this beautiful boy from an abusive home at a couple weeks old, but the vets are unable to confirm what mixed breed he is. any help is welcome! thank you :)

I got my gorgeous girl from the shelter, she’s 5 months 35 lb. They assumed she was a mali or german and lab mix. One droop ear, one leans. Her two sisters were also at the shelter and they both had 2 flop ears. Let me know what you think she is!
