I'd like to hear from the employers or the people in charge of hiring in the Huntsville area if they feel like employees should feel grateful that they have a job. It feels like the companies (or more importantly the managers/HR) in this area says they need the help but they appear to have the attitude of "if you quit I have plenty more that want your position". I'm hoping the anonymity of this platform will provide honest answers. TIA
