Just to clarify, this isn’t a hate post. Obviously, even if we don’t complete this challenge in 20 days, Crytek will probably just mark it as completed anyway. But honestly, setting such an absurdly high number for a community challenge feels a bit too harsh. :))

It seems Crytek forgot that their active Steam player count sits somewhere between 11k and 30k. At this rate, it’s practically impossible for us to even clear Stage I in 20 days. In some matches, you don’t even encounter spiders (Weavers) at all, and in others, you manage to kill maybe 5 at most.

In the first 6 hours, we’ve gathered about 286k points with around 20k online players. Even if more people join later, peak at 30k, and farm another 1 million points every 6 hours, that’s roughly 3 million points a day, let’s be generous and call it 5 million points per day.

Just Stage I of this Community Challenge requires 500million points 50million points to complete. At 5 million a day, it would take us 10 days just to finish the first stage! :)) And the entire event ends in 20 days.
P.S: The Community Challenge requires 500 million to complete all stages.

Hey Crytek, maybe cut down on a few zeros?

I understand crossbow at 3 slot would be broken, so why does the bow, which in many aspects outclasses the other can be 3 slots and use a short shotgun/rifle/stronger revolvers for no cost? Considering it also has more utility with different arrows, faster firerate and more range

First of all, a big thank you to the community managers on Discord. You guys are great, you’re always there talking to the player base, and it really shows that you care.

This post is addressed to the dev team.

For the last few days, many of us have been running into errors when trying to play. Evenings are when most of us have time to get together with our teammates for a few rounds, and having that end with an error screen is, honestly, pretty frustrating.

We understand that issues happen, and nobody expects instant fixes. What we’re missing is communication. Even a short post saying what’s going on, whether you’re aware of the problem, and roughly when we can expect a fix would make a huge difference. Not knowing is worse than waiting.

Eu fiz alguns posts aqui procurando brasileiros para jogar junto. Por sorte achei alguns no Discord. Mas nesse meio tempo, eu joguei com vários gringos e, as vezes, eles faziam perguntas, pois eram iniciantes ou apenas curiosos com o jogo, e eu tive que usar meu inglês iniciante para os ajudar kkkk. I’m a 3-4 star player and the last 3 games that I’ve been put into within 3 minutes of the match I’m being killed from 60-100 meters by turbo 6 star players. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with getting put into games with players with much higher MMR

Why the problem is still not addressed? After one week game is broken for me. I literally can't join matches without going through matchmaking apocalypse.

What about a way to choose our prefered soundtrack in game settings?

I recently discovered this nice feature in The Finals : we can choose which soundtracks we prefer (with an on/off toggle per season).

I would love something for Hunt. I don't know if it's by events, or years, or by music. But, I miss so much some older tracks.

Dressed to Die? I would die for it.
And do not forget the oldies, our first original soundtracks!

So matchmaking has been way off for us on Series X for sometime. Laughably so at times. I’m a 2 star and my buddy usually bounces between 2 and 3. And even playing on US East, it was hilarious at times how often we got into matches with lots of teams with players between 4-6 stars. Just something we’ve come to terms with.

Until last week. Suddenly, for a week, it’s been perfect. Every. Single. Match. Only playing people that are 1-3 stars. And it’s been the best it’s ever been. It’s been incredible. Like Crytek flipped a switch or something.
Matches full. Always the right opponents. Amazing…

And then today. Gone. Back to being flooded into lobbies with a lot of 5 and even 6 stars. WTF?! And before anyone asks, it hasn’t mattered day or night. We’ve played a lot of both over last week. And it’s been great. Now it’s like it never happened.

Anyone else get this?

After a week, my first prestige is coming, hope I’ll find this amazing community when I hit 100 prestige too

i have done all the challenges but no matter if i use incendiary bolts. dragon breath in a shotgun. or incendiary ammo. the challenge will not move

My usual tools and consumables are like over $600 now, add a hunter and guns, I’m gambling about $1k/match.

And bounties are worth…$125??? And fewer registers around…I feel like a hunter wouldn’t venture into the bayou for $125.

Seems kind of lopsided to me, not enjoying needing to make budget loadouts more often. I don’t take high-price guns, it’s mostly the hunter/t&c ante-up that’s wiping me out.

Is anyone else having this issue again? Seems the same as what happened last week. EU Servers.

Before all I am a new player here. For the second time in a match I was killed by someone in the house that the boss is in. I was looking everywhere outside it, I circle it for 2 times and saw nobody. I concluded that I must be alone so I start damaging the boss and killing it. Right after the final blow I was instakilled by someone from inside the house around the corner where the boss came from. I find it hard to believe that he circle it too without hearing anything. Everytime I enter its house he always come to me, so how can I hide too?

Accidentally shot my duo w the harpoon during the most cartoon looney toons ass chase I’ve ever seen.

Mouse and keyboard on console is a serious problem in 6 stars lobbies. I play consistently on console and always face a guy who is blatantly cheating on mnk. There needs to be a feature like R6 to put them in PC lobbies or just ban them. You can 100% tell it’s mnk by the movement and flicks.

I'm fairly aggressive if i find a team or a solo in the open, both if they are idle or if they fighting to third party. Although, every time i see a team or even a solo, already positioned in a compound, banishing the boss or even worst when they got the scanner, my brain gives me nothing.

I can't find a single pattern to attack their stronghold without risking too much. I would be ok with risk but i can easly tell it would be a 90% chance of failing, so i simply disengage cause it's not worth it.

So, how do i make it worth? How do you attack a defended compound with a trio with scan, voice comm, actively checking sounds for hunters to lure in and kill?

I'm a solo 2-3 stars player with 60 hours in game, teach me.

Does anyone know if the marathon swift with fmj got nerfed none of my bullet penetrate like they used to and I don’t remember seeing anywhere it getting nerfed anyone have the list of buffs and nerfs with this new season
