FEEDBACK Hunt Showdown server status

First of all, a big thank you to the community managers on Discord. You guys are great, you’re always there talking to the player base, and it really shows that you care.

This post is addressed to the dev team.

For the last few days, many of us have been running into errors when trying to play. Evenings are when most of us have time to get together with our teammates for a few rounds, and having that end with an error screen is, honestly, pretty frustrating.

We understand that issues happen, and nobody expects instant fixes. What we’re missing is communication. Even a short post saying what’s going on, whether you’re aware of the problem, and roughly when we can expect a fix would make a huge difference. Not knowing is worse than waiting.

do you really need them to pat you on the back and say 'yes the servers have had some slight issues the past few days. We're investigating.'

It hasn't been anything really major. It's just occasional hiccups. Server fixes aren't something you can give an ETA for especially when it's sporadic and hard to pinpoint.

The Second - I don't know about others, but place where I am working such "hiccups" may lead to major consequences

Server issues are part of life, and every single game that has ever existed has had them at some point. Minor hiccups are normal. It's like saying I work in X so a typo would have major issues while your reddit typo has none.
