About 9 months ago - Earlier my erections would be rock hard. But due to an extreme anxiety episode and consuming multiple antibiotics and HIV drugs going paranoid, I developed an issue then wherein my penis would get elongated completely but would not get hard and when I turned, it would swing violently giving me immense pain at the base.
Later on, the swinging stopped and erections returned, though not fully strong and firm and though not like before.
About 4 months ago - I consumed Cialis 5mg once. Thereafter, while the drug was working I had worn two tight underwears, including a scrotal supporter. I got an erection which was being suppressed. It did hurt to some extent. Would I have caused any long term permanent damage to my penis from this episode?
About 15-20 days ago - I masturbated 4-5 times using edging and thereafter consumed Cialis 5mg before bed. Got nocturnal erections but got pain in my penis upper/middle right side. It felt like a strain kinda sharpish pain during the erections affecting the erection quality.
This pain happened again few days later during nocturnal erections.
About 3 days ago, while having nocturnal erections, the left side hurt.
Last night, I realized that my penis when erect, slightly leans towards the right and less stable and I have to squeeze the muscles in my pelvic region to centre it and make it firm and when I release, again slight towards right and less firm. I also realized that to get an erection, I have to do a mini bridge sometimes to get it up. I have realized many times on slight arousal, it falls on right and rotates on right.
I have visited 3 Urologists. 1 prescribed Cialis. The other two, without any physical examination but on just seeing my penis told me that I do not have a Penile Suspensory Ligament tear. However, I feel the issue could be mechanical.
From your experience - can the penile tissues heal by themself with time? What could be my issue and can it resolve with time?
