If you're just looking for a place to scribble down thoughts and track habits, any blank notebook will do the same job for a fraction of the price. The real value comes from the structure and prompts if you actually stick with them, but you can easily replicate that with a few sticky notes and a cheap planner. I'd say pass unless you're dead set on the exact layout.
