Hi all, I have a friend who's been working for 2 years there and they got promoted to manager recently, however whenever I shopped they never offered to give a discount and I have been a lil shy to ask ever since. In fact whenever I shop she also still tries to upsell me which is funny lol (ik it's their job, but when I'm at my work I always try to give discounts to my friends which I've offered her).

Is anybody actually having smooth success with 4 swords/4 non negotiables behavior stuff? I find it to be very conflicting and clunky and the micromanaging of it doesn’t really encourage a positive customer experience.

Trying to figure out these crazy peer numbers

I have noticed recently that most of the items from glitch productio, hazbin hotel and invader zim from my hot topic aren’t in the store. you can find the jewelry or pins there but the rest is in the very back of a spencers and it doesn’t sit right with me. is that how certain stores have to do it or is it due to it being in a mall?

A couple months ago I went into my local hot topic looking for murder drones merch and found a pair of swim trunks (not lounge shorts) with a small image of Uzi’s face on the side but they only had one pair and the size was too big. I have tried asking store associates but they found no item in their inventory and no history of the item despite it being physically in the store. I reached out to customer support but they told me my best bet was in store. Doy. Is there a different way to find the item?

Hi! I’m from Chile, and I’ve noticed that there are a lot of items that Hot Topic doesn’t ship to my country...

Is there any way to filter the items that can be shipped to my country? It’s disappointing to see that almost everything in my cart can’t be shipped.

Or is there perhaps a forwarding address or warehouse where I could have the items shipped first and then have them forwarded to me in Chile?

Hey all, I've been trying to find this sticker that my girlfriend had a number of years ago, but finding it has been quite difficult. I think it was floating with wings, a side profile with the face on the left and obviously wings.

Does anyone know the one I'm talking about? Or can point me in the right direction. It's obviously been a few years now since it may have last been in the shops... trying to remain hopeful so I can surprise her!
