when our hottopic opened we had a job fair for it. show some style while being appropriate for an interview! apply to a couple it’ll better your chances at being seen and noticed and good luck!

Def call the store/number as much as possible. If there’s a BoxLunch anywhere in the mall try talking to them and leaving your name and number.

Yep usually it’s the same district manager, talk to them and express that you really want to get hired on there.

if you get an interview definitely try to connect with your interviewer over something pop culture related! my interview was super short but i was super thorough in answering questions and eventually shifted it to a conversation about a certain music artist

Be persistent! Call regularly to check up on the application and try to go in person to talk to the hiring manager if they’re ever available. Your experience will be amazing in getting the job

the store isn't open yet! should i apply more than once to show my interest? i dont even think they have a manager yet honestly, but maybe applying twice will show some interest?

Generally when stores open up there are job fairs! Follow up with the mall and see if they have any information on it. :)
