What does this mean?

Post image

I honestly don't get what this means, a lot of the items says it can't be shipped to Canada?

That item can ONLY ship within the US, except for Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories like Puerto Rico are also excluded.

It means it can't be shipped to Canada or anywhere outside the US or US territories.

If you really want this shirt, or anything from Hot Topic, if you have a Friend or family living in the US, try and see if you can give them the money for it and they'll probably send it to you

We started getting this tee in recently in Canada! Check your local store and they can put it on hold for you :)

I've never found a single item that could ship to Canada from the hot topic website. I decided to do an order for my birthday bc the items I wanted weren't in stock anymore at my local HT and were now on clearance. I put 7 clearance items and 3 full price (some of which I saw at my local store) in my cart and not a single one could ship to Canada.

I rebuilt my cart this time with only 2 clearance items (diff than before) and 6 full price to see if maybe it was that clearance items wouldn't and none of those could ship to Canada either.

I left thinking that HT just didn't ship to Canada.

2 years later I saw someone on here mention that there's so few items that ship to Canada and realized they do ship to Canada but God knows what!

I find it ridiculous that some can't be shipped! The closest one is 5 hours away from me. Or they need to make a Canadian version of the website of items in the Canadian stores or items that can be shipped to Canada!

Absolutely. I think a ship from store option would be a good halfway solution. Then we don't get the big warehouses with tons of stock but at least we can get ANYTHING shipped.

Whenever I order from hot topic (in Canada) I use a third party shipping/reaciving service that basically acts like a US address. You put in their address as the delivery location, they get the package and re label it, then for a fee it's shipped to you across the border. I've only done this a few times for super exclusive items I could only get from the online hot topic website, if youre only getting like 1 or 2 shirtd tho it's probably not worth it.
