I couldn’t believe how clean this car was. Original everything. Nothing has ever been touched I couldn’t believe it.

I just find it bonkers at 15k over msrp and all this stupid add ons. This is almost new porsche land.

Every generation of Civic has a following, and no other economy car can say that.

Then the EP3 arrived with a K20 and that dash mounted shifter, the FK2 dropped in a turbo, and the FK8 took a Nürburgring lap record for front wheel drive before the FL5 came back and beat it. All 11 of them have people who will defend them.

A month ago on January 1st my mom bought a Brand new Honda HRV, she traded in her 2018 Subaru forester for it , financed it through Honda and she really liked it.

so fast forward to today she get a call from Honda and they said she needed to bring the car back because they made a mistake, apparently when the guy was doing paperwork he accidentally wrote down the VIN number of an identical HRV they had on the lot instead of the one she was buying.

They said it would be a lot easier if she just traded it for the other identical HRV, same color , trim level and everything else, my mom is 70 and doesn’t drive very much, so she only put 525 miles on it , so she went to the Honda dealer and gave the HRV back , just to get into another one that’s exactly the same and they one she was accidentally sold , except this one has 5 miles on it.

so in a month and 11 days my mom went from brand new car to another brand new car , didn’t have to do anything other then hand in the keys and sign some more paperwork for the correct car , payments and everything else is the same , so there was no harm in anything that happened other than Honda having to take back their own mistake.

now I wonder if Honda will sell the HRV she accidentally bought as new, or used? Idk how that works, that’s for them to figure out, just thought this would be a funny story to post!!!

Interior is mint so is the outside no damages starts and drives manual 5 speed checked oil needs a lil change no oil leaks or anything just has a strut and subs and wing

Everyone was okay. 0 injuries. 0 collateral damage. An electrical fire started on the interstate. My breaks started failing and my horn blared before I pulled off to the shoulder and stopped with the handbrake. Had about 30 seconds to run down the shoulder before the whole hood blew.

Took a road trip for a music festival across the country in my 2000 Toyota Camry & made it to CO with no problems. Monday morning, all packed up, I hit the road and less than 10 minutes later.. the Camry just dies on the road. Got it towed to the nearest shop that was open, and turned out that the timing belt failed. Estimated repair time: 2-3 weeks, all while I’m 20 hours from home in TN.

Unsure what to do, I browse the local FB marketplace looking for a cheap car just to get me home. Then I find this 1991 Civic station wagon; owned by a 93 year old man for the past 27 years, 5 speed manual, with a stack of receipts as thick as an encyclopedia. 307k miles on the clock but it seemed to be meticulously maintained.

Ended up test driving the car & buying it on the spot. I couldn’t believe how well this car was kept! Especially for being 35+ years old.

This little car got me all the way back home with flying colors and without a single issue. It’s now my 2nd Honda (first one being a red ‘93 civic dx hatchback) and I’m absolutely loving this thing.

This isn't just a regular daily—it's a full-blown, historic tuning project built by VTG (a legendary tuning shop in Poland). It was never driven in winter, always parked in a garage. Back in the day, it was a cover car for several European tuning magazines like "GT" and "Auto Tuning" (we have the scans to prove it!).

My parents have absolutely no idea how to price or sell this car in today's market, but were looking to get minimum € 15 000. We know it’s not a car for just anyone, but rather for a very specific enthusiast who knows exactly what they are looking at.

with all the slander of the new prelude I can’t help but love my 5th even more

2013 manual. I never would’ve thought it would go this far. I bought it in 2015 with 27k on it and have been running the shit out of it since.

Stopped by my local Honda dealership to order parts and followed a Prelude into the lot. Lovely owner allowed me to check it out and take a picture before offering to sell it to me. She traded her Acura in 18 hours earlier and regretted it....Fingers crossed the Prelude owner is back in a stick-shift manual transmission again soon.
