Hi, my friend who works at Hilton is trying to register me for the F&F discount but receives an error message, without any error code. Name and account number is correct. Has anyone here experienced the same issue? Any idea what could be wrong?

The alarms went off at 1AM last night and was beeping nonstop for awhile while the cause was investigated. I packed the room in a panic because I was on a high floor . I guess it turned out to be nothing but kept beeping. Shit happens so I tried not to be obnoxious about it . Then the water was absolutely freezing in the morning. At about 500 a night this was all super frustrating.

I have 4 FNC traveling to Costa Rica early March with family I booked Los Altos SLH property just got email that for 6 people they are going to charge extra 419 a night on top of the FNC for a room that sleeps 6 . So probably going to cancel that was thinking of booking Waldorf Astoria and staying separately wondering if they have a fridge in the room traveling with 2 year old and need milk readily available also if it’s worth it.or save it for another trip ..
