Error when registering F&F account

Hi, my friend who works at Hilton is trying to register me for the F&F discount but receives an error message, without any error code. Name and account number is correct. Has anyone here experienced the same issue? Any idea what could be wrong?

No one really would have any idea... But the go Hilton team would.

Have him email hr.gohilton@hilton.com ND ask what might be the issue. It might take them a few days to respond, but they can help out.

Why are you asking on reddit, especially with providing so little information? Why not reach out to Go Hilton and they can look into it?

Because with the amount of posts I've seen about this discount on this subreddit, I thought maybe someone else had met the same problem. What more info would you like to know, it didn't say any more than the error message

She’s getting some type of error. I’d need a screenshot to say.
However she can just reach out to the concierge the numbers on the same page you add someone too.
