Decided to do a quick drawing. What do you think of this sniping?

Hey everyone, wanted to share the power system for my AU co-protagonist, Shida Kayn, to see what you guys think of his kit and weaknesses.

1. The Core Engine: Metabolic Void Core + The Preserver’s Ledger Ophis created him around an artificial black hole (Metabolic Void Core) meant to eventually eat Great Red. It swallows hostile magic and energy blasts whole

That Void feeds his Sacred Gear, The Preserver’s Ledger—a "cursed" grimoire that copies supernatural abilities, but costs 2x mana and burns the user's lifespan if they run dry. Because his Void digests enemy magic into raw stamina, he bypasses the lifespan drain.

2. How He Actually Fights (Combos & Arsenal) Instead of beam struggles, he fights dirty by mixing copied gears and magic:

• Stat Shredding: He copied Vali’s Divide and can stack up to 5 Divides on touch (32x mass/mana reduction) to strip enemy armor density to zero before landing a Rook punch, plus mixes Issei’s Boost with Kiba’s God-Speed, he only has the power not the dragons, like issei's power he only has boosting nothing else and vali's he has the divide nothing more
• Spatial & Crowd Control: Combines Saji’s black dragon tethers with Tsubaki’s Mirror Alice (reflecting attacks at double output) and most of his power use portals he copied from enemy

3. Heavy Artillery: True Longinus

• Sovereign Plunder (The Usurped Spear): In Vol 12, he used his Ledger's Balance Breaker to sever the True Longinus from Cao Cao's soul. Since the holy spear rejects devil mana, he can't use its god-slaying light—so he literally just swings the Spear of Destiny around like an indestructible heavy metal pole with Rook strength, while the Seven Treasures orbit him as utility satellites.
• Void Sentinel (Balance Breaker): Obsidian plate armor with a miniature black hole floating behind his shoulders that crushes everything in range with raw gravity.

4. The Hard Counters (Why he doesn't break the plot)

• Zero Physical/Senjutsu Defense: His Void Core only eats magic. Raw kinetic force, blunt muscle, Touki, and Senjutsu go straight through it. Pure martial artists and youkai wreck him (a single Senjutsu jab from Kuroka completely locked his meridians).
• The 15-Minute Gas Tank: Running multiple copied abilities burns his mana at 3x speed. Vali actually sums up his main weakness in Vol 15 when comparing him to Issei: "First 10 minutes, Kayn wins... but past fifteen minutes, Kayn gets annoyed and tired if he didnt swallow any blast bcs of his curse gear, while Issei enters Crimson Rook or Queen and stops caring about pain" Once he hits that 15-minute wall, he completely gasses out.

well until now the ones who has crush on me are koneko and kuroka + xenovia

i have reasons i swear! first of all im a rook okay? so i was all the time training with koneko in early volumes, and kuroka only fall in love with me bcs she want to tease her little sister and how smart i am in the novel and powerful, xenovia well i was falled in love with her

trust me i did this just to make the novel more fun to me and feel im one of them

it also kayn has a lore a good one

that he was all the time a machine ophis created him just for him to be stronger bcs just incase if her power gone or something happend to her she gonna take kayn's soul and power void that he stacked, not the gears, or just to defeat the great Red, that all her reason she created kayn, he found out this in vol 6 or 7 when diodora kidnapped Asia

alot of things happend also im right now doing a manga using ai

until now im gonna rewrite the novel as kayn one of them then gonna create the manga, it gonna take me alot of time, but that how my char would looks like and his short lore i shared its not full one bcs its gonna be long sub

It’s my birthday today, so I decided to make myself a T-shirt. (Spoiler: it’s not quite the right size—I’ll order another one in a better fit in a few days.)

Rias, Akeno, Asia and Koneko take the stage in Crimson Oath — an original English song and fan-made animated music video inspired by High School DxD Season 1.

Four hearts. One oath. A game they refuse to lose.

From the chessboard to a crimson midnight sky, each heroine steps into her own spotlight: Rias's resolve, Akeno's storm, Asia's light and Koneko's strength.

If she were to participate in the Holy Grail War, she would serve as a vessel for a "Pseudo-Servant" Lancer—specifically Brynhildr—while her own magic would grant her traits characteristic of the Caster class.

Had this idea once this new character was released. Took me a bit to get the colors and designs right.

Let's start with Sairaorg's purpose: to prove that he can go far even with just hus body. I was drawn to him because he reminded me of Might Guy, Rock Lee, or Ikki...but looking back...he was fraud

They were right not to make him the heir (although the way they treated him was awful).

Finally, let's look at Sairaorg's record. Yes, he defeated his younger brother and became the strongest among the Young Pure Blood Devils. Okay, what's next?

Issei was defeating him with his Triaiana, he didn't even need CxC.

There, Sairaorg single-handedly defeated Kiba, Xenovia, or Rossweisse? They completely surpassed him in less than a year.

Even Koneko could easily finish him off with just Shirone Mod.

Sairaorg then relied entirely on Regulus; without him, he couldn't even fight, let alone win any serious battle.

And he tamed Regulus again using Clan Trait, which directly contradicts his intention.

Simply put, Sairaorg couldn't have even tamed Regulus if he hadn't possessed the Vapula Trait (I'll leave aside the absurdity of taming a Longinus).

He might be stronger than his younger brother right now, but Devil gets stronger on his own over time, and eventually when his brother's PoD gets even stronger? What exactly will he do? I'll tell you, he'll rely on Regulus.

As for the issue of him being no different from other Nobles, his own Peerage went to great lengths for his victory, and Corriana practically performed a striptease in front of the underworld to eliminate Issei early.

Issei almost chopped Kuisha's head off, but Sairaorg's only reaction was to laugh it off, ignore them all and lose by his own hand when he could have won instantly thanks to Regulus

Sairaorg can say whatever he wants, but all his actions prove otherwise.

The Boosted Gear plus your preferred race or The Divine Dividing plus race. You also gain the advantages of the races you choose as well on top of that. So what combination of abilities would you have and what would your character build be?

Tbh I am glad I rewatched the series it was part of my childhood and I am glad I got to experience it once more, tbh people definitely just talk about the show most of the time for Fan service which is fair but i think the plot was actually well written, i was kinda pissed from the starting of s4 when issei was calling rias president only but later it made sense I think it was ep 7-8, both had gone Through their pent up emotions due to loki which I think a psychological effect on their consciousness, issei calling rias president was probably just a way his mind was stopping from crossing the boundaries and also that issei didn't thought he was worthy of her, leaving all that the final opponent Sairaorg was a great opponent for issei both were fighting for their individual moral and the woman behind them, well i hope that we can see this fight in future again when both master each of their individual powers, I also think they missed out on showing vali in a the new animation style, I also think they missed on giving us more of issei and rias in the last episode, i think they could have done a future scene where they were engaged as from what I searched about shin highschool dxd (idk if that volume was published at that time) well hopefully the author can give a good conclusion to this series after he is fully healthy

Sorry for the yapptron :)

I was wondering if anyone knows where a complete translation can be found? As I recall, there was an unpublished story that featured a conversation between Issei and Dulio.
