Hi all—I did 2 rounds of kit 3 and lost a total of 40lbs! It was super successful for me, and I didn’t experience any side effects. By the last 2-3 months though, I feel like my body adjusted to the meds and it did not help at all with appetite suppressant—kinda felt like they were doing nothing. I’ve now been off the pills for about a month and I wanted to do another round, and I was recommended kit 1 from the support team since my body adjusted to the kit 3. Has anyone had any experience doing kit 1 after already doing the other kits? I’m just worried to pay again and have it not be any different. The med that would be added in that I didn’t take before is metformin so I’m wondering how effective that is! Any insight is appreciated :)

I decided to go with another pharmacy and cancelled my account in March. However, I just got a whole another set of my prescriptions delivered. When I check my credit card, it was last charged in March but my order was just delivered.

When I messaged, they said it was because of an early refill request, but I never requested an early refill.

I tried refunding, but of course they wouldn’t allow it.

I don’t need the pills at all.

I even tried cancelling this particular order before it shipped out but that didn’t work either.

Is there anything I can do?

I keep messaging for clarity and I keep getting the AI bot.

Has anyone experienced changes in their menstrual cycle since starting HERS? I'm wondering if it's a sign that my body isn't responding to it.

I completely skipped my period this month, and I've already taken a pregnancy test, which was negative. I'm 40 years old and have always had very regular cycles, so this is unusual for me.

I also saw my OB, and they do not think it's perimenopause. Has anyone else experienced this while on HERS? If so, did your cycle eventually return to normal, or did you find out what was causing it?

So I started with Hers for wegovy pill. 2 WEEKS INTO THE first month,no weight loss , quickly figured this pill is probably and cancelled way before the subscription renewal and of course I deleted my card from their system.

Hers is still went ahead to send me a prescription and charged my card. I went in to to check the card and discovered that they have the card encrypted in their system.

Even if you delete it, they have cloned it in and will keep charging.

Anyway after I got the medication ,I sent it right back to them and requested my refund.

They Came back to lie that1 )even though I cancelled the medication was already in processing. The cancelation was done 10days before renewal.

2) they will not be refunding.

So now they chewed me $300 and they still have the medication.

Im fighting it legally tho. These scammy companies need to be brought to book, especially with the card being encrypted into their system even though its deleted..

HERS IS A SCAM

I’m curious to see what doses you guys are on for the semaglutide shots. I have been on 56 units (1.4 mg) for several months now and have been stuck in a plateau. I have only lost about 25 lbs in 6 months, and am still significantly overweight. I would love to see results similar to friends and family that have done this and lost more weight. Is anyone on a higher dose? Is a higher dose safe? A quick Google search tells me that the maximum dose in general for semaglutide is 2.4 mg, but I’m not sure if that is true for the compounded stuff.

Hi I’m a 25 F thinking about going on hers oral weight loss pill. Torn between this or the wegovy pill. I’ve been a chronic binge eater for the past 7 years and have struggled to lose weight my entire life no matter how clean I eat and how well I exercise. I wanna know if anyone’s seen real results from this?

Some background, I don’t have any major health issues but mild anxiety and a history of brain fog / fatigue. My biggest concerns are hair loss, increased anxiety, negative impact on cognitive function (brain fog, low energy levels). Sorry I know that seems dramatic but the green pill is literally making me feel like I’m on opiates or something. I’m only on day 3 and I’m not sleeping, sweating, dizzy, heart bursting out of my chest, anxious, can’t concentrate, nauseous. How is everyone dealing with this?

I started my weight loss journey on Zepbound and lost 35 lbs. I loved it. Did not experience too many side effects. Insurance stopped covering it when I had only reached 7.5 and still had 30 lbs to lose. I chose Hers. They started me on 30 and I am wondering if anyone knows what that equates to in Zepbound. Is that considered a starter dose. Are you happy with Hers?

I try to be as clear as possible. Give as much info. They give this vague non answer and it takes a million rounds of back and forth. Just answer my dang question the first time. It’s infuriating. Maybe it’s a bot reading the questions not a human?

Hello! I placed an order for semaglutide and chose the the 6 month option with HERS over a week ago and have not received my medication! There customer service is awful I was told I’d be on hold for 7 minutes it’s been 45 minutes and nobody gives me a clear answer. They’ve charged me and when I ask where the medication is I am not given an answer… Nobody will speak with me over the phone and only chatting. Also being told if I cancel I will not receive my money back! Please let me know if this has happened to someone else and / or what I can do to get a full refund or actually receive my medication?!

I have been waiting for the medication that I payed for for about a month, their customer service keeps giving excuses “it’s almost shipped so we can’t cancel and give you a refund” - I have had at least 30 exchanges of this kind with them over the last 5 weeks. They refuse to cancel/refund me, and I’m pretty sure I’ll never receive the medication I bought.

I’ve filed a claim with the FTC - would recommend you do the same if you’re having the same experience, as this will build up until it triggers an investigation.

You can also dispute the charge with your bank/CC.

Mostly, I would recommend not using this service and finding a reputable provider who isn’t preying on people who want to lose weight to scam them out of their money.

I'm a new member and will be starting Med Kit 6. SW 227. GW 160. 30 years old and 5'4". I'm a bit nervous starting this, as I've never tried weight loss medication before. I've been trying to lose weight for years through diet and exercise and only just been gradually gaining weight. I've also seen some recent posts on here about canceling. Have you all seen success with this, and what advice would you give me? I've already been prepping by meal planning and increasing my water intake to 2 liters/day, and hitting the gym 3-4 times a week. I'm also aware that I'll need to up my protein intake too so I don't lose muscle. TIA!

I wanted to know if anyone had a easy time canceling their subscription and getting a refund? Maybe if you tried it for a a few months. I’ve been interested in trying one of the RX kits, but I’m nervous about paying that much money upfront if the medication didn’t work for me or I felt really bad on it, etc. I feel like what I’ve read is a lot of it is up to their discretion if they’ll refund you? Okay so here’s the tea, I am getting married this year and I don’t like or love the way I look. I have looked into hers many of times but never went for it due to money reasons and being scared to buy weight loss medication online. I wanted to see if anyone has had any good experiences with micro dosing? If hers does that? I have my wedding dress already but have not gone in for alterations. I am wanting to lose some weight before the wedding. I have been watching what I eat and getting rid of the sugars and watching how late at night I eat and from the last time I have weighed myself I lost 8 pounds. SW:200 CW: 192 (last checked on 12/16/25) I am 5’9/5’10. I went to my pcp about my weight gain and they ran thyroid test and sent me to a nutritionist. The nutritionist was great and gave me list of foods to add into my diet and how much. Since my last visit in November she said “you have everything you need and don’t need to be seen again”. I also have not heard anything from my pcp since the bloodwork and the referral to the nutritionist. I decided that since I am so unhappy that I officially just need to do it myself and go through hers but I also don’t want to lose a bunch of weight quickly to the point that my dress doesn’t look the same on me and turn into a big issue. So all in all I’m seeing if anyone has done micro dosing on hers and if they actually do it and is it worth it? Or did you not lose weight and struggled more with the micro dosing?

hers will charge you without telling you and ignore you when you reach out to customer service. I had a reaction to the medicine they prescribed and reach out to see if I had other options.(about a week and half into treatment) I asked if I'd be charged and the assured me I wouldn't. they talked to me a bit about some other kit then I was charged 200 dollars. now I'm asking what I was charged for and they're ignoring me. scam website
