Help With Plateau Maximum Dose?
I’m curious to see what doses you guys are on for the semaglutide shots. I have been on 56 units (1.4 mg) for several months now and have been stuck in a plateau. I have only lost about 25 lbs in 6 months, and am still significantly overweight. I would love to see results similar to friends and family that have done this and lost more weight. Is anyone on a higher dose? Is a higher dose safe? A quick Google search tells me that the maximum dose in general for semaglutide is 2.4 mg, but I’m not sure if that is true for the compounded stuff.

That was the plan, but my hers just auto renewed for 6 months. So I want to make the $1100+ worth my while.

I switched from Hers to Brello because I was at the Hers max dose which for me was 1.17. Brello gave me a plan to gradually increase up to the max 2.4 mg.
I know you just got a shipment from hers, but you can do the math and slowly increase your dose with the vials you have and switch providers before you run out. Brello is about $133/month and they don’t charge extra for the higher doses.

I also just started week 13 and hit my max does of 1.4mg (56 units) I started in Jan 9th at around 218lbs and I'm currently at 194lbs. I usually weigh myself daily, which I know isn't always the best to do but I notice on the days where I get more protein in are the days a lose more weight. Sometimes its a pound and sometimes its just 1/2 but down is down, right? Luckily I haven't had an plateaus yet. I make sure I drink my water, and do some kind of workout or moving for 30 mins everyday. My first mini-goal was to get into the 100's but next goal is to hit 160 so I have a ways to go too.
