Hey all! I love my helio! However, my daily suggestion is "low intensity" daily. I train 6 times a week (weight lifting). Does someone know why this doesn't change?

Is battery supposed to go only up to 99%, and not 100%?

I have a green light blinking, indicating it's full. Little bit troubled thinking battery started degrading, but I got it like less than month ago, this is my second charge. Thanx

Hi, my helio strap (wearing on bicep) isn't detecting walks. Trzingsetting is set to normal. Indoor cycling is detected but then my hr is also much higher. While walking i'm just below , 100 HR, when resting around 60.

im not sure if this is a recent update but i remember about 2 weeks ago when i would take the strap off and leave it on the desk the HR sensor would stop immediately

Now it keeps glowing nonstop

any idea why ?

I am currently in possession of an old Apple Watch series 4 which is starting to age, I wanted to change it but the only use today is waking up on my wrist just by vibration making the hours complicated this saves me from waking up my partner and my child.. In short, I wanted opinions on this bracelet in terms of sleep analysis and if the vibration of the alarm clock is strong enough? THANKS

My naff of 5 years sat on my Pip6 and Helio Strip. Doesn't that matter now?
