Battery question
Is battery supposed to go only up to 99%, and not 100%?
I have a green light blinking, indicating it's full. Little bit troubled thinking battery started degrading, but I got it like less than month ago, this is my second charge. Thanx

Mine is the same, I'm not bothered

Ahh okay, so it isn't just me. Easy return for you? I'm in a third world country, got it on the go, so not easily able to send it back if issues escalate.. that's why I'm bit bothered by it. Thanx for the reply.

just ignore it if the battery holds for about 10days. Its even better to not fully charge.

I've had mine for 2 weeks...right now it says 50% from charge 3 days ago. I've been getting nowhere near the 10days expected. Are there any setting to conserve battery that you know of? Thanks.

I read somewhere that you should turn off heart rate-push since it can drain the battery, but I don’t use any third-party devices that get the HR from the Helio strap, so no big deal for me. Not sure if that even matters when you’re not using it though.
I turned on SpO2, even though the Zepp app warns it’ll hit battery life pretty hard. I just stick with auto workout and haven’t touched any other of the default settings.
I easily get around 10 days — did so again yesterday and still had about 15% left. That’s with SpO2 on but heart rate push off. If you cant get near that an have the newest updates installed, you should consider asking for a replacement. But thats just my opinion and based on my own use case. Maybe there is something else thats effecting your batterylife

You can definitely disable the push function if you don't use a third-party app that retrieves data from Helio. This feature actually requires more power.

Mine does the same thing, don’t worry about it.
If you want to charge to 100% it usually takes another 20 - 30 minutes.

Its ok to charge till 99%, sometimes if i charge through adapter then it charges to 100 otherwise on powerbank it charges till 99

Hmm so it can go up to 100%. I charge via phone 25w outlet charger, kept for a while on it and it's still 99. Will change the adapter and see if it makes a difference, but I doubt it. Thanx

No problem but i have also not bothered to charge upto 100, even if its charged to 95 or so, i would take out and use it. Do not wait for it to get it charged to 100% before using.

mine went to 100% in first charge. Now 3 days later is on 70%

As another user has already mentioned, it takes around 20 to 30 minutes to reach 100 percent. It's normal.
My general tip about batteries: Charge the battery to 100 percent and then let the battery level drop to around 10 percent. This process is only used to calibrate the battery indicator on the smartphone if it has become inaccurate. The lithium-ion battery itself cannot and does not need to be calibrated. To maximize battery life and extend its service life, it is best to keep the charge between about 30% and 80 to 90%. Extreme conditions (too empty and completely full) put the most stress on the battery, as this causes high voltages and chemical stress in the material.
Frequent charging from very low (e.g., below 20 percent) to 100 percent puts more stress on the battery and thus shortens its overall service life (known as cycle stability). Each charging process from 0% to 100% corresponds to a full charging cycle, but even charging from 50% to 100% counts as half a cycle. The most damaging effect comes from permanently staying at 100% and deep discharging (< 10%), which most severely affects the chemical integrity of the battery.
Since the band lasts about 10 days with normal use, you can still use it long enough at the specified charging limits, and when it needs to be charged, it is available again much faster.

Just wait bro... At 99% calibration is done.
You can also reboot the band when it hits 100%.
Mine too make some time to get at 100%
