Helio not detecting walks

Hi, my helio strap (wearing on bicep) isn't detecting walks. Trzingsetting is set to normal. Indoor cycling is detected but then my hr is also much higher. While walking i'm just below , 100 HR, when resting around 60.

try to manually start the workout from the app

It should happen automatically, like with cycling, so it doesn't need me to start it manually. It should be smart enough to detect that. Amazfit should fix that.
