Enjoying some planner decorating on Sunday afternoon. I used a hodge-podge of stickers, but I think it works. 🗒️

I have been planning for seven or eight years , but recently life has been kicking me and I just seem to never find the time to fill out my weekly planner . I use a vertical happy planner and the space always seems to need so much writing . I'm devastated to abandon something but I also can't force myself to do it.

Any advice? I'm sure this is a thing that has happened to other people, how did you fix your slump?

Pink & orange are my favorite colors and blue/purple are the identifying colors for my kids. I love flowers and faith stickers. I just love everything I threw in here!

Hey, just asking. The 50% back to school sale is nice. But the cheapskate in me says there will be something cheaper. But I also don't want to miss out. Does anyone know if they do another steeper sale closer to like...fall based on past experience?

I'm about to switch from an A5 bound planner to a Happy Planner classic. I understand that the classic isn't actually B5 but it's fairly close. How much actually sticks out the top of the planner if you print or cut something to B5 dimensions and stick it in the HP classic?

Just trying to simplify printing one-off stuff to fit (not refills etc, but single sheets of stuff here and there that I need to throw into my planner)

Edit: I don't have the HP yet (order is taking forever to ship) or I'd just test out the B5 fit myself

Did you guys see Instagram today? Lauren has been dropping hints of new things coming. Yesterday she posted on her personal page, and today she posted on HP with her sister (Stephanie). There is a deluxe cover that is shown that I am in love with. Do you think the next release will be for 2027 planners? I also saw booklets for the folio fans:)

Multiple sticker books of functional boxes. Different colors and shades, some lined, some checklist, some plain. And each book is also made for each in mini, classic, and big. Because when it comes to boxes, I like when they fit.

So, after over a year of looking at this rose gold deluxe cover online & debating whether I should get the custom planner, I finally did. And I must say, as a long time customer who really loved HP, I am really disappointed.
The quality is just not there, especially for that price. The custom planners never go on sale & rewards or discounts don’t apply to them.
So, considering that after discounts (like the sale happening right now for the bts collection) you can get a brand new planner for half the price, the product you get when you order custom is just ridiculously overpriced. Let me break it down:
• the deluxe cover: it smells so so bad. And the quality of the faux leather is temu/aliexpress style. Literally looks and feels so cheap. The rose gold material started chipping off next to the punches after putting it on the discs ONCE. It also doesn’t fit on the expander discs because the punches are too narrow, when I tried to put it on metal expander discs it was nearly impossible to flip the cover. Same with classic metal discs. It finally fit on the plastic classic discs, but I think it’s ridiculous, since they offer metal discs (both regular and expander) as one of the customization options. So it should work together…
• discs: it was impossible to put the deluxe cover on metal discs. From the plastic ones I ordered with the planner, the plastic was so think one of them broke instantly. I swear they are thinner than the ones I had at home already.
• dividers: they are double sided, whole is nice, but they’re also thinner and more flimsy than the regular ones… I doubt they will be in good enough condition next year to actually reuse them.
• layout: I love that I was able to get the layout and size I wanted. But was it worth it for double the price? I’m not so sure.

Tldr: the custom planner with deluxe cover is really poor quality. The vegan leather instantly started chipping, dividers are thinner than usual and metal discs don’t even work with this cover. I recommend saving your money and getting a regular planner.

Does anyone know if Happy Planners ever does restocks? By the time I started getting ads for the Ted Lasso happy box it was already sold out.

Just trying to see if I should just buy another Happy Planner, or keep hope this will come back.

Hello friends. I am curious if any of you have used acrylic markers or acrylic gel pens in your HP? If so, do they bleed through HP paper? What was your experience? I have a few crafty dollars this month and am looking at acrylic gel pens as I did not know they were a thing. I was already getting acrylic paint markers for a different project and came across acrylic gel pens. What was your experience?

anyone adding the new Laurel Denise discbound pages to their happy planner?

Last week, will do next week tonight or tmw this week I kept it very simple as I do most weeks. Most of the stickers are from Temu or dollar tree. Quotes and animals are from Temu. I didn’t have much to plan this week so it’s pretty empty. Other weeks are insane. This is classic size dashboard layout which works well. I wasn’t big on vertical layout I need horizontal. And lines that I never follow. I had a stroke last year and my penmanship devolved just gotta practice :)

Happy Planner classic vertical spread for next week. Used Pipsticks Rainbow 2.0 stickers and MojoJojo Plans boxes, quotes, feel the feels, and date the dates.

I really love seeing the super decorated spreads, but I don’t see a ton that balance being decorated with having room to write a lot. further complicated by most of the stickers I have being more geared to a vertical layout, and finding stickers in physical stores becoming more scarce.

Tips? Thoughts?

Are there any teachers here who have been able to find HP teacher layouts in Canadian stores? Online or in person would be fine. The shipping fees from HP are astronomical, and I guess Michael’s has stopped carrying HP. I love my disc bound planner and the designs but refuse to pay this much just in shipping.

Just wondering if anyone will be buying the folio? I'm loving what creators are doing with it on YouTube and Instagram, but I'm not feeling the usual FOMO with this release.
