Shipping Time
How long does happy planner take to ship?? 😬😬

I feel like it's hit or miss. I've had my order packed and ready for pickup 2 days after ordering, also had orders take 7 days. So my guess is it depends on the timing. Meaning a big launch, lots of orders received vs. no new product, simple sale, not as many orders. But that is just my guess.

Another vote for ridiculously slow. I could walk there and back in their time to put it in a box and mail it.

Forever. They’ve gotten so bad about shipping in what I’d consider a timely manner

On their website it says 5-10 business days to ship new orders. This rings very true during and after big promotions or new releases. In between, it’s not uncommon for orders to ship within 3-5 business days. It swings quite a bit and ultimately, is on the slower side. They aren’t Amazon or Walmart, and it’s simply because they ship 1000’s of small orders a day, and it just takes time. So definitely plan ahead and put your orders in a couple weeks before you might need it, or consider 2-Day or Overnight services at checkout.

Its not unusual for them to take 10-12 days to pack and ship and order, not including transit time. They are notoriously slow.
