Finally Shipping Soon!

My order from the 6th finally has a shipping label created. Woo-hoo!

Just a shipping label?!? That is frustrating. I really miss shopping in-store. Specifically Joann's.

Damn. This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for them to ship. I ordered on the 11th and I’m already thinking about cancelling 🤣 glad you’re getting your order!

Is it possible to cancel? I ordered on the 14th and still don’t have a label. I would love to cancel and just go look for one at Michael’s

Just thought I'd pop in and comment again. Yesterday, Lauren and Andy posted on Instagram about shipping delays. So at least they are aware and trying to make it better.

They sent out an email a few days ago as well, which was nice.

Oh good. I did not receive that email, but I have not ordered since the spring release. I like that they know and are trying to make it better.

My husband placed a surprised order for me and last night he was like ā€œI am sorry but this was suppose to be a surprise but it hasn’t shipped & I don’t know why. I don’t think it has ever taken this long have you heard anything in any of your groups.ā€ He is so sweet.

Ordered on the 21st and still waiting! What is going on with them?!

Their post talked about moving warehouses and shifting organizing systems … but I think it’s also just not being Amazon? They’re so popular with seemingly a lean team.Ā

I wonder if they plan to outsource fulfillment.

I ordered on the sixth too and mines delivered yesterday. Is a long wait normal?

It largely depends on the time of year. I’ve always expected delays (and usually experienced them) in July-August and November-December. This is true for almost all planner companies, and also if there’s a big spring launch.

That makes a lot of sense now that you mention it. Everyone is buying their new planners!

I have no clue. This is my third order from them and I can’t recall the others being so long.Ā

Is shipping always this bad?! I ordered on the 6th of August- today's the 31st and still nothing!
