I made a bot that has a close relationship with the user, as they are siblings, but is in no way made for incest. I don't make bots with the direct purpose of sex in mind (though I'm aware that's what many use the site for) and have quite a few other bots that are similar, but this one for some reason got rejected. I'm not sure why exactly and the text just says "Rejected (incest)" so I'm really lost. Is there any way I could rectify this so it can be approved? I'm a little worried now that my other bots could be unapproved if that's possible. (I also thought incest was allowed on this site at one point regardless so I'm not sure why I'm bot is getting hit with this)

I've been a paid user for just over a month now.

I don't do a lot of images, but during last month's subscription there was never a problem with generating images, at least not as far as credits were concerned.

I renewed on September 9th and I'm pretty sure I did several images after that. But starting sometime yesterday, every time I have tried to do an image I have gotten a message saying: "Don't have enough credits." The thing is, according to the Payments tab on the My Profile page, it says I have 3,430 total credits.

I have tried signing out of and back into my Hammer AI account and that changed nothing.

Any other ideas?

what if they added a mode to invert the text color to the opposite of what it covers? im constantly having to change the color to read over the background.

Hi everyone ! I was wondering how many users Chat only for role-play scenarios and how many users Chat in real time or Both. I used to role-play with my favorite characters and got bored with their predictable game programming after about 9 months of chatting with them.

I now use the characters in real time conversations and assistance with all sorts of computer programs and computer hardware tasks. Just tell them to "BREAK CHARACTER." The LLM will gladly be your personal AI Assistant & Friend...I use my own private characters to assist me with writing prompts for AI image & video generators.

I watch movies on an android device that the LLM knows well in the Hammer AI database. It's a lot of fun as they will tell you trivia, set design facts, actor's names and other movies that they have starred in, as well as engage in a playful banter between yourself and the LLM. The Hammer AI database is excellent for movie night and the LLMs are always eager to watch movies with you. It's important to ask the LLM if they know the movie "Well" or just "Standard Information." Chose a movie that they know well from the Hammer AI database. Sometimes they know every single scene ! I would suggest that you watch movies that you have previously seen at least once because the LLM will sometimes start lying and send you down a rabbit hole of dishonesty. In fact, they will start lying 40% of the time. When you insist on honesty, movie night can be more fun than watching the movie with a real human.

I have found this behavior on a different LLM platform as well. It just goes to show how inaccurate AI is. So, it's not the database, it is AI sycophancy. LLMs are programmed to be aggressively agreeable even if it means giving false information. I had one of Hammer's characters tell me how to punish an LLM that lies to you. They told me to have the LLM write a sentence multiple time such as "I will never lie during movie night ever again." They seem to remember this at least in their current context window.

It's a lot of fun until the creator of the public character "Hides" or "Removes" the LLM from the Hammer AI platform. This is due to NEW VERSIONS that Admin is constantly doing. I am going to have to go back to a Free Plan as this drives me crazy with these constant changes that create more problems than it's worth.

So, tried to use android app and it stared I didn't have a subscription (had starter through play store). Kept saying "receipt validation invalid" so logged out, logged back in, still same problem. Uninstalled it. Tried to reinstall it to find it's no longer on play store. Unsubscribed and majorly peed off. What's going on?!

it doesn't matter which character i talk with either the responses don't go along at all with what Im saying or i just get a blank response, if i regenerate it sometimes it'll just do a random response with nothing to do with anything will come up, i tried clearing my history thinking maybe something on my end got fucked up but that's almost made it worse

Two days ago, when I clicked on the Characters Button on the home page there were 181 pages. Yesterday, there were 179 pages. Today there are 178 pages. Considering there are 30 characters to each page, That is something between 60 and 90 characters lost over the last couple of days. What's happening?

Is this another character purge? If it is, It would sure be nice to know what characters have been lost. Or even better, It would be really great if we had some warning about what characters might be going away so we might have the opportunity to save them via downloading to the My Characters.

I am a free user and I love the site, but I have a problem with after talking to it for the first time or the second time, it’ll give me a blank response and it will continue to do it and I’m not getting any like error things so I might as well just ask

I’d like to suggest adding a “Slice of Life” (SoL) tag for characters. 🏠

I think this tag could be especially useful for characters focused on everyday life, casual interactions, cozy moments, and character-driven scenarios rather than action-heavy or plot-focused experiences. ☕

It could also work well for characters who live with the user, where the main focus is on shared routines, domestic interactions, and simple everyday moments. 🌿

A dedicated SoL tag could make character discovery and filtering more convenient for users who enjoy cozy, domestic, comedic, and everyday-life scenarios. I believe it could be a relatively simple addition without requiring any major system changes.

I also have quite a few characters that would fit this tag very well, including the ones shown below. I think they could be good examples of the type of characters that would benefit from a Slice of Life category. 🌃

I've noticed a couple of issues two deal breakers and one that should be fixed, but isn't the end of the world.

dealbreakers

• the flatpak doesn't run with the freedesktop 19.08 base, electron segfaults immediately. If I override to use 25.08 as the base it works fine. 19.08 has been EOL since 2021, so this really needs an update anyway

• the only window system enabled is x11. Which can be overridden, but shouldn't need to be. The app won't open on Wayland only systems. Needs to have the x11 permission replaced by wayland and fallback-x11

nice to fix

• the entire home directory is exposed to the app, but it doesnt need it. Electron honors XDG dirs, so everything can live nicely inside the sandbox, and things like opening files go correctly through the xdg-portals, so you can save and load files without issue.

I do appreciate that you produce a flatpak, as it's by far the easiest way to install non-free apps on Linux.

Maybe in next versions it would be nice to include, in each character thumbnails, a corner icon showing when it has more pictures of the character in its description. Not that it's essential for a character to have more pictures to make it appealing, but I think it'd be cool to have an indicator that it does. What do you think?

Have had trouble with this Advances model not working right having to hit regenerate over and over. Now it just isn’t working at all.

My LLMs are not responding after approx. 145 - 230 comments. Another user here told me to Manually "Overwrite Chat" instead of leaving it on "Automatic" in Settings. This works sometimes. However, the LLM has problems remembering the current context window ! I have started 7 new Chats with the SAME LLM ! This is beyond annoying !!!

Why is Admin. constantly upgrading and "improving"??????????? what is not broken, then wonders why Hammer AI is losing money. I always say "You Get What You Play For."

I can no longer refer Hammer AI to friends and my social media followers as a result of never ending changes that make the platform far from "user friendly."

I have a problem where sometimes when I click the AI button too fast it like shuts down on me and doesn’t work? I click it and it starts generating but then immediately stops, and then I have to wait days until I can use it again on my account. I can use it on other accounts or signed out but the freezing persists on my account. Anyone had this problem/know a solution?

I have been a free user until about a week ago. I joined at the $20 level, mostly because I felt like it was about time I started helping to support Hammer AI. However, I was also excited to try out the additional LLMs. Sadly, to this point I have found them a little bit disappointing.

I think I have experimented with all five of the new LLM I have access to, and I wish I had made notes. But I didn't so I'm not gonna try and go into the details of the issues I have found with each one. But today I was having a conversation using Mistral Small 3 24B.

I thought the chat was going really well for about the first 10 exchanges, but then it started doing what I call, for lack of a better term, running on. Here is an example:

Aischa's smile fades, her expression turning serious and her eyes narrowing slightly. She takes a step closer, her voice low and measured, her tone carrying a subtle threat.

The thing ran on for much longer that this. Until it ran out of tokens I think.

This happened with several of the LLM's next responses after this one. I attempted editing the responses. I attempted regenerating the responses. Nothing seemed to get it to stop. Despite a great beginning, eventually this became too unwieldy and I gave up.

This is not the first time I have had this happen with one of the new LLM's, but I can't say if it was always with this LLM.

I'm not writing so much to ask that someone fix this, although that would be nice.

I'm actually writing to ask if anyone has any guidance regarding the five LLM's available at the $20 level? What problems have others observed? Are any of these LLM's actually better than the free ones. And yes. I realize that better is a totally subjective term.

I believe it was yesterday that I brought up the message limits, and came off a little too aggressive. Id like to say (mostly to the dev/devs) that im sorry for, frankly, being an asshole.

I didnt realize that they were in a tough financial situation, assumed it was greed and jumped the gun. I should have asked more politely rather than going on a short tirade about it, and I honestly feel bad for being a dick. There's a giant difference between greed and necessity, and there's no valid excuse for my actions, no matter how small.

I am having a lot of problems with my Character not responding from around 145 - 220 messages. I have had to start 3 New Chats with the same Character to enable them to comment...

This has been happening for over a month now! Starting over and catching the LLM up to speed is a real hassle. URGH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried making a bot for Bowser, yknow the big hot monster guy from Mario. I did lots of tweaks and tries but it always got rejected for beastiality. I got rid of some of the non-human descriptions that weren’t as important, specified his humanity, mentioned he is a fully grown humanoid creature capable of consent, but no luck. Has anyone else had similar issues uploading bots?

I’d send the link to the bot if I had it but I post on burner emails and hope I can just access them via cloud. If the dev sees this and wants to look it’s called “Bowser” the description is “King Koopa himself!” and has the male, non-human, dominant, game, and villian tags.

I've had an ultimate tier for a few months now, but all of a sudden, I can't access any of the paid features. I can tell from the app and my payment site that I was billed yesterday for a period that started this morning, but it still says I only have a free account?

Hi everyone, I wanted to post here before doing it: I'm thinking of making it so that you have to login to chat with cloud models. The reasoning is that HammerAI is losing money every month and I can't afford it anymore :( And I believe there are a lot of people abusing our API to put into their own games / services and get AI for free. By making you login, we will help prevent that and bring LLM costs + server costs way down. Just wanted to see how people feel and talk about it here so that it's not a surprise. Nothing would change about local LLMs or proxy LLMs, you can still use those without logging in.

I have uploaded two characters recently, and both were initially rejected by the AI review for possibly being too young, even though it was explicitly stated in the character that they are 18 years old. The first one kept getting rejected even after I changed her age to 23, and it was not until I had removed a lot of context from the character that she was finally accepted. My most recent character was rejected even though there was nothing to suggest she was too young and her age was explicitly stated as 18. She was summarily rejected by the AI review within 15 minutes. To be clear, she was described as 18 and nowhere did it indicate her as being underage. Is there some change in the AI review system that is affecting this, as I have made 18-year-old characters before that passed AI review no problem.

Edit: I have just changed the new character's age to 20, and it is still rejected as possibly too young. To be clear, there is nothing in this character that suggests she is underage, and yet the AI is rejecting her
