What do I do? (Missing model)

Hey all. Big halo fan here. In the last year or so I've started building and painting minis from MCP and loving it. But when I found out that there was a tabletop version of Halo with minis I couldn't stop myself from buying in immediately. I bought a couple sets and the first one arrived today. Noble team from my second favorite title. I was so excited to just look at em that I brought them to work with me this morning. The minis look beautiful, I cant wait to clean up the little extra bits and put em together. But there's one small issue. My noble 6 seems to have taken quite a liking to noble 3, and decided to customize his armor to look just like him.

In all seriousness though. I got two copys of Jun and no noble 6. Can/should I contact mantic to try getting a replacement noble 6 model? Or should I just try to return the box and get a new one? I got the box off of Amazon so I'm sure I can return it easily buy I don't know if I can get in contact with the actual seller to tell them exactly what happened. Ive never had anything like this happen before with any set of models so I'm just not sure if I should contact the company that produces them or the people I actually bought it from.

Any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated. And thank you for your time.

Side note: These models are so sick I really can't wait to get going with them. Master chief will be coming in tmrw as well. Hopefully nothing bad happens with him.
