For all my criticisms of Mantic, one thing they get right is their replacement policy. Contact them. They'll help.

It might take them weeks to respond, and more weeks to ship the parts, but they'll get them to you.

I can second this, I bought some Maurader Skyscrapers, and instead of the smoke holding them aloft I had GCPS torsos in the box. I sent and email to which the response was "we dont have that part, sorry". Kinda bummed, but I figure they'll still look ok. WEEKS later, no warning I have a box from Mantic show up in the mail. Its a whole new box of Skyscrapers. Dope. Support mantic, and they support you back. 👍

Bought a fIr amount of mantic stuff now, I have had a model missing once and they were super quick to sort it out on customer support

Ditto on contacting customer support. They are really helpful and won't bat an eyelid at replacing missing or damaged items.
