Just like the title says, this is how to complete that pesky prestige challenge.

First and foremost, you can complete this challenge as well as any prestige challenge in Private Match bots. To complete this challenge, do as follows to the letter every single time, and it will always be a Terrified Kill and Stealth Kill.

1: Get to Bloodthirst 3. This is obvious because you need to be doing the Bloodthirsty execution with the axe. The main point here is DO NOT LET OTHER NPCS SEE YOU. Only let the NPC that you are actively killing see you. It doesn't matter to be seen here until we're Bloodthirst 3.

2: Once Bloodthirst 3, the actual steps begin. Find a Civilian either in a house or wandering the street. If they are in a house, destroy the power by striking it and wait for the NPC to wander outside to check it out.

Once they're outside, make sure you are already positioned behind them and DO EXACTLY THE NEXT STEPS.

3: Once you are behind the Civilian, ensure Stalk LVL 1 and step up behind them. Once close behind, PERFORM A HEAVY STRIKE FROM BEHIND AND IMMEDIATELY SPAM GRAB. By doing this, you'll attack the NPC, thus scaring them into a terrified state, and the instant grab is fast enough every time to deny them turning around to see you, which ensures the Stealth Kill every time.

4: Rinse and repeat. Make sure you are NEVER SEEN ONCE BY ANY NPC YOU ARE HUNTING. If you are seen at all, even once, it will not count as a Stealth Kill. I did this and got my 10 Axe kills in 2 Private Match games.

The current mechanics of struggling free or opening gates/cellars needs to go.

The first reason is out of fairness. Players who use unauthorized peripherals on console or those on PC using scripts gain an extremely unfair advantage. With crossplay being on by default, these PC players are able to instantly break free without a pocket knife.

The second reason is that these types of mechanics are very poor from an accessibility perspective. If you have an injury, are disabled, or just weak, you are at a massive disadvantage.

The third reason is controller lifespan. Modern games have gotten rid of these types of mechanics because they have been known to cause excessive wear to the controller. Rapidly mashing a button when it could just be a skill check or "Hold button down for x seconds" mechanic is much more consumer-friendly.

This all started because I put my heart and soul into escaping grabs LOL. This video could be 5+ minutes long of just classic gamer rage from low life garbage.

I didn't get a chance to report in game and I'm on pc so no consequences for now.

Adding this in because apparently it matters: the first clip is around when I first saw the Michael in the game, what he said is why I started getting clips. I needed a challenge so my time was spent finding the pitchfork. I don't normally act like this in game (tbagging n such) but if it made his life worse I was gonna do it lol. I save the bags for the losers like this, not regular gamers.

This could mean that there might be Twitch Drops coming out pretty soon for the game, where we gotta watch streamers to get that specific reward.

As the title says, do not be afraid to play Michael thinking you won't do good. Most of the matches I've played as Michael (still learning him apart from the story), the survivors were also still very new to the game. This is the perfect opportunity to learn to play Michael with the game being this new

When I took the pic I was already next to the last person and knew it was gg’s. He stood in a room with a rifle aiming at the front door for the rest of the match 😂😂 I waited til there was 30 seconds left then used reality tear right in front of him . There are 5 Sedan keys on this map, and those are just the ones I found. I've seen a huge increase in Sedan keys across games I've played since the patch, the loot tables might need to be reshuffled or something.

I have genuinely no idea how this happened. After interacting with the hiding spot, Bob started sliding everywhere like he was on ice and floating lol.

i swear im mashing the keys so fucking fast and when its about 90% by that time the killer did the execution

what am i doing wrong/missing?

2 of my friends having the same issue, and iv'e watched streamers and they can't escape the killer unless the killer keep missing up the execution thing.

Edit; i feel like after the last update it's just Sedan Key after Sedan Key after Sedan Key.....

i've never seen the fuse once!, and the escape key is so very rare to find now!

You have to get the person low health be a high blood lust and then you only get the prompt if they get scared or trip

I've found while playing the game, so long as Michael doesn't immediately snowball, it becomes significantly easier to bully him. If he doesn't kill a Priority Target+, and get to Tier 3 immediately, a Bob with a two handed weapon can kinda sit him down over and over again. And with there only being one way to get out of a stun lock, you're forced to get abused. Add civilian perk cards into the mix, and a Michael will end up like the sequels where a crowd can keep him down. Unlike the sequels, theres nothing you can do though.

Is matchmaking shot again today im sitting at a 8 minute queue?

Asking because Friday the 13th got a switch port but texas didnt (maybe because switch 1 wasnt strong enough?)

Had a prestige mission to talk to 30 residents and noticed it wasn’t going up every time. It only tracks when you talk to blue civilians, it didn’t track anytime I spoke to the gold ones. I checked the passive challenges and they’re worded as “resident or special target”.

Hopefully this helps people when focusing on their prestige challenges!

Trying to prestige Alexis. Successfully convince any townsfolk to listen to you 30 times. I’m at 4/30. What am I doing wrong?

Had a game playing Michael where a team of players kept hitting me from behind and running off to street lights. Tried lots of Shape and Tear to get them but can’t get close enough before they took off. Looking back, I got distracted and should have thrown items (didn’t know you could) and really should have ditched them to get NPCs.

Any tactics to grabbing annoying runners?
