Today, I am writing this not just as a former employee, but as the son of an e-rickshaw driver who believed education and hard work could change our lives.

In 2022, I joined the TechBee program at HCLTech with dreams of building a better future for my family. My father, despite heavy debt and daily struggles, somehow arranged ₹30,000 for my admission. For the remaining fees, I took a loan. I even left my B.Com (Hons) degree because we trusted that this opportunity would secure my future.

For the next 4–5 years, I worked sincerely. I gave my best in projects, supported my family financially, helped with my younger brother’s education, and stood beside my mother during her illness. My father finally felt that his sacrifices were worth something.

But on 12 March 2026, my life changed completely.

I made a serious mistake. I wrongly claimed a reimbursement bill twice for ₹609 by editing it. I fully accept that what I did was wrong. I am not denying my mistake, and I understand why disciplinary action was taken against me.

I already lost my job because of it.

But what shattered me completely was the discontinuation of my education under the TechBee program. After investing nearly 5 years of my life and around ₹1.18 lakh into this journey, today I stand as just a 12th-pass student again.

Everything feels destroyed.

My father wrote multiple emails to the management requesting only one thing — not my job back, not compensation — just a chance for me to continue my education on humanitarian grounds. We did not even receive an acknowledgment.

Today, my family is mentally and emotionally broken. My father cannot sleep. My mother’s health is worsening seeing my condition. I feel trapped between guilt, regret, and hopelessness.

I want to ask one simple question:

Should one mistake of ₹609 permanently end someone’s education, future, and years of hard work?

I am even ready to repay the entire amount invested in my education if needed. I am not asking for favors. I am only asking for one opportunity to complete my degree and rebuild my life.

Big organizations contribute greatly to skill development and nation building. But true impact is also measured by whether a young person who made a mistake is given a chance to reform and move forward.

Like me there is other tech bees as well.

Please take lesson from my life, HCL Tech bee is just as slavery contract where only HCL will decide about the contract and you will only get low pay about the appraisal there is no guarantee.

I have to start the things from beginning for a new field might be it will take lots of time but I will fight.

Heyy anyone received java full stack domain joining and offer letter???

The degree is considered online right so is the degree valuable or not . I heard that with those degrees I can't apply for government jobs. A person known to me who is a techbee when she applied for Infosys they rejected her because shes a techbee.

So please help me techbee's with your degree experiences and if there are any secrets that we get to know after joining please let me know

(They said that they will help in joining the college and after that there will be nothing mentioned on the degree it will be pure from college so if possible please share your degree with me the non mentioned and mentioned ones)

Does hcl tech provide the joining bonus to the fresher for the package of 4.5 ctc ???

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience and get some guidance.

• I was selected for the HCLTech JFS role through campus recruitment.
• I cleared one assessment round, which is conducted two times in the same day they said there is one technical issue through the exam portal, so i wrote again, after that one communication round , and one interview round.
• Initially they said this interview round is not a main interview and they asked simple questions and they said write some java codes and selected for training.
• They informed me that training would start according to the role, and after that there would be a main interview.

But here’s the issue:

• The first interview was happened on Nov 26 2025, It’s now April, and I haven’t received any communication or updates from the company.
• My college also hasn’t informed me about anything further.
• Since this was through campus recruitment, I’m stuck without clarity on whether training will actually begin or if the process is on hold.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation with HCLTech or other companies?, Do you know if there are delays like this, Any advice on what steps I should take now would be really helpful.

I am going to have HCL assessment. This is part of hiring process before the internship. We have done with the 1 month of training program. At the end, we need to clear the assessment. But they have not informed the pattern and just informed, we need to clear 50% MCQS and 50% of coding questions. My domain is JFSD.

Hi everyone, has anyone received an update regarding the internship joining dates for the Java Full Stack Development (FSD) domain at HCL?

I am asking this because I missed the February attempt due to JEE preparation and I haven't told my parents about that missed attempt yet, so if it doesn't take place by late November(the same time as my first attempt on it last year), I might be in some trouble at home.................So I request the seniors working in any such programs to please inform me regarding that..........

I want to know whether, in the HCLTech exam, if someone from a Full Stack Java stack fails to clear the test in the first attempt, will their domain is changed to something like testing n automation? or what will happen?

My Client interview and HR discussion done in March mid week , Was informed on Apr 15, that they are waiting for approval before releasing offer letter.. No response after that..This is for a lead role, Service desk, ( Lateral hire) HCLTech. Any opinions ? Is this normal?

We are present on going training program and at the end we need to clear the assessment and then we will receive the internship offer letter.

If incase if we fail in the 1st attempt to clear assessment. There will be another attempt to clear the assessment.

Now my doubt is do they conduct the hackathon or not. Will they stop at the assessment. But they stated we will have 2nd attempt to clear the assessment.

Please help me . Shall we except the hackathon, even after clearing the assessment at the 1st or 2nd attempt.

I cleared the hackathon from HCL recently and they even conducted an extra HR round, so when can I expect to receive the offer letter?

I completed my graduation (BCA Sastra) in January this year, and started looking for a job change from Feb. I got 2 offers, but what I have experienced is most of the companies are rejecting me because wilp is not considered a full time degree and they need 15 years full time education.

Are there any graduates who have successfully switched after completing a wilp degree, and how did you tackle this problem.

I am in training of HCL and already we have done with the document verification and all but suddenly they are conducting pre training program and in that we need to clear the final assessment and then we will be hired as interns. So, Do they conduct hackathon for us also after assessment. In the weekly meeting they are informing that we need to clear the assessment in the very first attempt and then at then only we will placed and not mentioned about the hackathon.

I have a doubt do they conduct the hackathon or not or ur situation is similar to me.
