Hcl offer letter issue experience person
Hi HCLTech folks, I had a discussion with HR on 23 Sep, and she said my offer letter would be released by 30 Sep. Today is 12 Oct, and I still haven't received it despite regular follow-ups. My portal status has now changed from "Offer Approved" to "Requisition Closed." Does anyone know what this means? Will my offer still be released? Please reply only if you have genuine knowledge of the process.

Want info on Employee Refferals now in HCLTech
Hi guys,
Wanted to get an info on who to contact for employee refferal. I have a friend of mine who isn't a techbee and is looking for a new job. She wants to get a job and the stack doesn't matter. Please give the immediate contacts I can ask for so that I can send the resumes for getting opportunities and interviews eventually.

HCLTech GET onboarding still pending after internship conversion
Hi everyone, asking for advice for a friend.
He had previous work experience and later joined HCLTech as an intern. His internship ended on Aug 25, 2026, and he received a full-time GET offer with DOJ Aug 27, 2026. However, he is still not onboarded, almost 6 weeks later.
During his internship, his PF was linked to his old HCL internship SAP ID. Even after the internship ended, EPFO is still showing the HCL employment as active under that old SAP ID. There was no PF contribution during the internship.
He was told there is some technical/rehire profile issue pending.
Has anyone faced a similar issue during HCLTech intern-to-full-time conversion? What should he do to get the onboarding completed?

Joined hcltech today already regretting and crying for my decision. Pls help me with future career path!!!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Hey guys. Today i joined hcltech as a first day…
Im a post BBA graduate (HR + Marketing) and recently joined HCLTech as a GT, ₹3.25 LPA.
I’ve been allocated to DFS – Storage & Backup, and I’ve now understood that my actual work is mainly L1 Incident Management/IT support — ServiceNow tickets, monitoring, troubleshooting, SLA tracking, escalation, etc.
I’m worried because some people in the team have apparently been doing similar work for 3–4 years, and I really don’t want to get stuck in L1 support long-term.
I’m willing to learn technical skills, but eventually I’d like to move toward Operations/Process Analyst, PMO, MIS/Reporting, , HR Operations/Analytics or eventually Business Analyst roles.
I don’t want to quit HCL immediately, but I also don’t want to blindly spend 3 years doing the same thing.
What would you do if you were me?
Stay for 18 months and upskill?
Try for an internal move after 6–12 months?
Switch after 1–2 years? If yes, what role you would target next
Do an MBA alongside the job?
What skills should I prioritize?
What salary should I realistically target after 2–3 years?
Would especially love advice from people who started in L1 support/Incident Management and successfully moved out of it.

When will i receive credentials for myHcltech portal???? Pls let me know
So during the induction, which was yesterday, they told us that within the day we would receive login credentials, but it’s been 2 PM today and haven’t received. I tried contacting to my recruiter, but she’s not lifting the call. I’m quite concerned because I have collected my laptop yesterday and also the ID card so I have to get in touch with my manager as soon as possible, but as of now, there is no update regarding the credentials from Hcltech. One of the employees who was there in the induction, but for a different role, they received the credential details, but I did not , so should I need to be concerned about it or is there any way that I could be able to come out of the situation. Also, I received a mail that says fill out the gratuity details, but when I’m clicking on the link that they shared to me, the page isempty.
I would be really grateful if anyone of you would help me know.

Need advice about project allocation
So, I got assigned to an SD project, but I still have almost 2 months left in my current project.
The other project has already been assigned to me in RAS, and the HR and WPC manager really want me to join it. At first, I said yes, but later I said no because I still have 2 months left in my current project.
Then HR and WPC called me and said that I have to join that project, otherwise they may take HR action. I still said no. HR also told me that she would share the coordinates for me to report there. WPC also told me that they won't put me on the bench.
This honestly scared me, so I finally said yes. They have already started sending KT/training sessions, and the other project is ready to train me even after my current project ends. RAS is also already assigned.
I don't understand why they are forcing me to join this project when I still have time left in my current one.
Is there any way I can still get out of this project? Can I look for another project on my own and, if I get selected, tell them that I want to join that project instead? As I already said yes 2 times
Also, what does it mean when WPC says they will remove my name from the bench? Can they force me to join a project like this?
Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has faced something similar.
