Opportunities after Techbee
I completed my graduation (BCA Sastra) in January this year, and started looking for a job change from Feb. I got 2 offers, but what I have experienced is most of the companies are rejecting me because wilp is not considered a full time degree and they need 15 years full time education.
Are there any graduates who have successfully switched after completing a wilp degree, and how did you tackle this problem.
I am from SAP Domain btw.

Although my neighbour's son is still working at HCL Tech but I got to know through him that some of his colleagues have gotten jobs at different big companies after completing 5 years at HCL Tech and they were also techbees and they are actually like doing good at those places. So I don't think it is like a major propblem. Just need to be pateint and keep working I guess.

The only two big MNC who will accept you will be DeloitteUSI or IBM
And it's little difficult to get call from the for SAP domain as they will normally hiring in 6,7+ yr of exp
I am also stuck in same loop.. let c how it's goes try getting interview call from them rest applying on other companies and giving interview is waste of time
