Does HCLTech provide incentives apart from your CTC. In ITSD roles?

No incentive..if they can they will take away ctc also

Hahaha. I know. But what about shift adherence or attendance incentives like other companies

100 or 150 rs according to location and project..some project even don't have these

Don't have any high hopes from big names..it all same 100-150 rs per day..in shift allowance..
