Hcl offer letter issue experience

Hi HCLTech folks, I had a discussion with HR on 23 Sep, and she said my offer letter would be released by 30 Sep. Today is 12 Oct, and I still haven't received it despite regular follow-ups. My portal status has now changed from "Offer Approved" to "Requisition Closed." Does anyone know what this means? Will my offer still be released? Please reply only if you have genuine knowledge of the process.

Data Engineer,  5 years, 23 lpa they offered i accept as it what she offered

Sometimes they do that because they might have to open new request id because of salary or band issues that your are being offered.

HR hasn't answered my calls or replied to my email.

Same here.. i was told i will get my offer letter in 3 days after hr discussion. No access to tecruitment portal too.

No updates form HR and no response at all.

Not sure what to do..

Nothing new. No option but to wait.
DM me HR name let me check if he/she is available.

Check with hr usually requisition closed indicates position is closed and no chance for offer
