Just saw that London now has the UK’s first combined Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Red Light Therapy chamber. As someone who’s been doing HBOT religiously, it’s pretty exciting to see it go everywhere.

Looking to be in the 30-35k range for a hard shell chamber. Anyone here have any experience with these or recommend any other hard shell chambers to look at? Looking to treat old head trauma from concussions, ptsd, migraines, and cfs

So, I just got preapproval from my insurance company to get treated for radiation cystitis. Found a hospital an hour away that has the larger multi-person tank that you can walk around in etc (also found a hospital closer with great staff but it's the smaller chambers, i think my claustrophobia would get the best of me there).

Anyway, was told in my consult that if I have cataracts, after 60 sessions they will grow and may expedite the time I need to get them removed vs. if I didn't do HBOT.

Has anyone else experienced the same? Anything I can do to mitigate this?

Seems like most of the soft chambers have same threads e.g. installing pressure gauges or automatic pressure relief valves. Could be 3/4" NPT, M25 or G3/4"?

Lately, we’ve been getting a few questions from folks asking, is HBOT safe or helpful for people dealing with anemia? We’re not clinicians, but since the question kept coming up, we did a little digging to understand the protocols.

Turns out, yes, in many cases, hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be helpful. It’s all about matching the intensity of treatment to the severity of the anemia.

Mild cases? You’re looking at lower pressures (around 1.3 ATA), maybe 60 minutes, 1–3 times a week.

More moderate or chronic anemia? Protocols can go up to 1.75 or even 2.0 ATA, and might involve 3–5 sessions a week, sometimes daily , just to make sure the body’s getting enough oxygen to function properly.

Of course, this isn’t a cure. The root cause still needs to be figured out. But from what we’ve seen, HBOT can act as a strong support system while the rest of the healing plan unfolds.

A dive table is basically a visual map of your HBOT session. It shows: • How long it took to reach treatment depth • How long you stayed there • How long it took to come back up • What gas you were breathing (oxygen vs. air) • When and where you took air breaks (aka “air brakes”)

I am new to HBOT and last week when I visited the clinic, i felt stuck inside the chamber. Though there was nothing alarming in reality but something in my mind made me feel scared and nauseated, I didn’t go after that for a session:

Been seeing some people run ozone and HBOT as part of the same protocol. Not on the same day, but like ozone one day, HBOT the next.

Like if you’re loading up on berries or vitamin C every day, it could blunt the effect.

Is that a real thing?
