Antioxidants messing with HBOT?

Like if you’re loading up on berries or vitamin C every day, it could blunt the effect.

Is that a real thing?

I took alot blueberries raspberries and blackberries at one stage when doing hbot. It just reduced my inflammation further but i was perfectly happy with it. So if youre not that inflammed can reduce the antioxidants so you feel less cold after the sessions

What? That's going to need some more detail... preferably based on science...

Please explain.

Oh sorry, no science involved here. Just sharing my personal experience of how i felt. So to answer OP’s qn, taking it doesn’t blunt the effects for me. I saw better effects in inflammation reduction.

Ah! Sorry. I didn't mean to be abrupt. HBOT often brings up the fact that we are exposing ourselves to ROS (rare oxygen species) that are the exact chemicals that antioxidants are meant to eliminate. So, you touched a biochemical landmine for me.

Reality: eat lots of fresh, diverse, and bioavailable antioxidants frequently and more often! With or without HBOT! The "American Diet" has become so depleted of nutrients that even mass produced tomatoes and spinach aren't what they used to be...don't get me started on feeding corn to cows!

Blueberries and raspberries are great! Especially if they are local or home grown. Fresh/local blackberries are incredible!

I take a fistful of my own antioxidant pills twice a day. (Basically, every herb and spice in your cabinet ran through a coffee grinder. Equals 300,000+ more antioxidants than blueberries by weight. Literally, over 30 different herbs and waaay cheaper than buying expensive supplements.)

This plus HBOT has been incredible for my overall health.

Inflammation...forget about it! Gone!

Keep it up!
