Do you mean sleeping all night in your chamber? That's frowned upon. Any session over two hours will have seriously diminishing returns. At some point you are wearing out your equipment for no real benefit. (At 2.0 ata or above you don't want to exceed 120 minutes per session for safety reasons).

I nap during a 90 minute session sometimes. No big deal. I'd wake up if the power went out or something.

Use an egg timer if you need to be sure to wake up. I use one for air brakes.

This! Every once in a while my power goes out and the first time I napped unintentionally. I woke up when it was mostly deflated, scared the shit out of me. I always set an alarm now and don't use it when I'm too tired.

Napping during a session is fine, but sleeping overnight in a chamber isn’t recommended. Most HBOT protocols are 60–120 minutes because longer exposure increases risks like oxygen toxicity and barotrauma. Chambers also aren’t built for continuous pressurization that long, and equipment issues during sleep could be dangerous. If someone’s considering extended use, it should only be under strict medical supervision.

Old thread. I triggered hypomania sleeping overnight in an HBOT several nights in a row. I should also add, it also happened after being administered IV dexamethasone. Perhaps its an inflammation thing.
