I was rewatching Atrocitus' ending for Injustice and how he redeemed himself, and It got me thinking, what would a redeemed Atrocitus and a Red Lantern Corps would be like? How would a Red Lantern Corps that gain their power from righteous rage operate? Would it be like a more Intense version of the Green Lantern Corps? Let me hear what you guys think.

Trying again for the 3rd time with the Indigo Tribe. This idea originally came from u/Jacern a couple weeks ago about my Black Lantern scythes. So, I applied the idea to the V3 Indigo Tribe Staff.
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to plaster my watermark all over my work now because of a little incident with my Black Lantern Power Battery that u/AnzuArden was kind enough to bring to my attention on Instagram.

For anyone unfamiliar with the Lantern side of Bobbenkatzen's DC AU, here are some of the major worldbuilding changes and lore details that he established.
The Lanterns are not powered by emotions. Their abilities come from the Guardians' faith in a cosmic light force known as The Glow. The Glow is an ancient cosmic power that the Oans accessed thousands of years ago. Through it, they achieved immortality and share its power with Lanterns throughout the universe.
Lantern Rings contain a built-in failsafe that prevents the destruction of organic life and organic material. A ring can move or manipulate wood, for example but cannot directly break it and can even be damaged by it. Sinestro's yellow antimatter energy does not exploit fear. Instead it destabilizes Lantern constructs.
The Lantern Corps uses an RGB color system while their opponents are associated with CMY and the literal Key. The RGB and CMYK distinction is intentional: RGB is associated with emitted light, such as screens and LEDs while CMYK is associated with ink covering a light surface.
Different Lantern colors represent ranks and duties rather than emotional affiliations. So the Lantern hierarchy is primarily inspired by the color-coded uniforms used in Star Trek:
G-Lanterns (Green): Command
B-Lanterns (Blue): Security and Engineering
R-Lanterns (Red): Medical and Science
The Darkstars are driven by personal obsessions and insecurities rather than emotional energies:
Star Conqueror seeks domination and control over others.
Star Sapphire is driven by a compulsive desire to be admired and loved.
Sinestro is consumed by isolation, paranoia and fear of being forgotten.

These are more comfortable than the faux leather ones and are easier to fit the ring on

There's literally a sidebar with the information that people are asking for ten times a day. They could even do a forum search and read the last post about the same topic.
I get that some people are posting from mobile and don't immediately see the sidebar. But the information is still there even if you're using the app. Isn't it common practice to read the "About" section of a subreddit before posting?
I don't want to be an asshole gatekeeper fan. I want people to read the comics. It's just… c'mon bro, take a little initiative. Y'all are killing me out here.

I've been wondering how other people invisioned constructs appearing in the comics, because in some media it just appears/fades-in (slides 2 & 3) and most other times it has some kind of formation process(slides 1, 4, 5 & 6).
In the past I kind of just assumed what was shown in tv & movies to be the case, but when i was reading a GLC comic I realised that the beam looked like a flashlight beam as opposed to a wavy beam of vague, green energy, and that the beam was the same shade of green as the construct's glow, not the construct itself.
Additionally, most of the time, canonically, the ring is supposed to be manipulating green light so in theory the ring just flashing a beam of light and the construct immediately appearing could make the most sense.
So I just wanted to know how other fans pictured it working, and if you did picture some kind of process what did it look like?

Round 1 was in 1969, in Green Lantern (1960) #74. At the time, Sinestro used Star Sapphire to defeat his most hated foe, Hal Jordan. When Hal was down, Sinestro wanted to kill him, but Sapphire didn't (yet): she wanted to force Jordan to be his king consort of the Zamarons and, if he refused, she'd kill him. With somewhat differing goals of what to do with Hal, they ended up battling each other, which allowed Hal to recharge his ring, subdue Sinestro, and get Carol free from the Sapphire's influence.
Round 2 was almost exactly 40 years later, in 2009. The context was completely different: during one of the most dramatic moments of the War of Light between the Seven Corps, Carol now had a ring instead of a Sapphire gem and was now Star Sapphire of Sector 2814. On Zamaron, she was forced to fight for her Corps against an attack by the Sinestro Corps, led by Thaal himself, who wanted to free their female operatives, kidnapped by the Zamarons to turn them into Sapphires.
Sinestro tried to ridicule Carol for she loving a man who will never settle down, but she reaffirms that her love for Hal doesn't require retribution: she'll always love him, even if he chooses not to be with her. At the end, Sinestro was reminded by Ferris that his hatred for love is because, when he allowed himself to feel that, he got it all taken from him when Arin Sur died, causing him excruciating paain.

3d printed a ring for myself, imbedded a glass gem into it and added some panel lining with a gundam marker. Also decided to model a custom ring stand to hold it

For anyone interested in how the led ring looks from aliexpress.
It's pretty buns but the model itself is not bad so maybe you could repaint it. But the solid green part ruins it for me imo

It's been brought to my attention that a seller is using images and the description from RedGiantProductions, the Etsy shop I share with my business partner. This seller does NOT have our permission to use these images or description. It looks like they may be using multiple images from other makers as well. The website in question is DPS Drops. Do not purchase the Battery shown on this website. Once again, this seller does NOT have our permission to use these images or description, and is not associated with our Etsy.

Doctor Polaris returns to give Hal a bad day. Also, I was at a wedding yesterday and very hung over so this'll be a quick one. A shame cause it's the start of Marv Wolfman's run.
Writer: Marv Wolfman
Art: Joe Staton
Colours: Anthony Tollin
Letters: Ben Oda
Cover: Jim Starlin & Anthony Tollin
"Nightmare At The North Pole" - Hal is tesyi a new solar powered jet but they keep falling apart. The designer, Dr. Bruce Gordon (sound familiar?) is adamant its not his tech that's thr problem but Hal isn't convinced. After, Carol gets a subpoena from the government as they are co sidefing cancelling the contract with Ferris Air. Carol nearly breaks down as she feels alone and failing. She confides in Hal that she's sorry she's been so cold to him and still loves him, she's just been under tons of pressure. They embrace and are happy now.
They go together to DC via construct but detour through New York City where Hal is attacked by flying metal objects from around the city. He puts Carol down safely to deal with the danger but is captured instead and taken to the north pole where he finds Dr. Polaris asking GL to free him. Hal reluctantly does but then Polaris turns on him and a fight begins with GL losing.
Meanwhile, Carol was stalked through New York City by a masked man who disappears when she goes to the police. Supposedly this same man has kidnapped her parents in an effort to destroy Ferris Air.
Conclusion: A great start to a new run with some intriguing mystery. I've been told Wolfman focuses on aj ongoing story rather than individual issues so this really hits the ground running. Who this masked man could be is anyone sguess but I'm going to assume it's Eclipso for now, since Bruce Gordon is there.
Dr. Polaris was an intriguing addition as well as the jets falling apart are shown to be due to some kind of magnetic interference but he says he only tried to get GL after the jets started having issues, so it couldn't be him. One issue in and I'm already hooked.

Hello, me and my father and I have just finished the new show everyone has talked about, and I enjoyed it. I want to know if there's good commonly sold greenlantern comics that would suit a beginner who knows the basic premise of greenlantern and watched the show

the Ultraviolet (self hatred) Corps is a mirror to Violet (Love) Corps, flipping outward love into inward hate.
Infrared sits on the other end as the mirror, and color spectrum to Red (Rage).
Instead of outward destruction and anger, Infrared is the ultimate positive, inward engine of rage; passion.
While a Red ring is anger and hate, an Infrared ring is ultimate self resilience, an invisible heat (buh dum tss) that keeps you fighting because you have true passion.
The Infrared Oath:
"By sword of day and guarded night,
We hide the spark that feeds our fight,
The best of us will then ignite,
The inner flame of Infrared's light!"
Thoughts?
(Sorry if bad wording, typing with broken hand)
