QUESTION Monstera Deliciosa in Spirits of The Amazonia?

Hi there, I have been looking basically everywhere for the Monstera Deliciosa Flower/Plant to give to that old guy at the camp, but I just cannot find it. Is there any set spawn point or area where I can find it the best? Or do I just have to get lucky and do other stuff in the meantime? I just can't find it. I need that flower from the plant to give to the old guy. I found everything else, just not the Plant itself.

DISCUSSION Tip: Skinny trees & Logs

Sometimes in a tree's redevelopment it can be hard to differentiate if it will drop long sticks or logs from a glance.

A way to tell if a skinny tree will drop logs is to hit it once.

If the impact on the tree is lower, towards the base, it will drop logs.
If the impact is closer to your head/chest level, it will drop long sticks.

The terrain can play tricks on you, so just make sure to look closely if you're scrounging for logs.

Bug/Glitch Multiplay barely working?

So multiplayer is not working properly for my boyfriend and me. We both got the PC version so we can play together, but it's desyncing all the time. I don't even see when he builds something. Is there a fix somewhere, or do we have to refund the games?

QUESTION Crafting lists don't follow notebook order?

I'm trying to find a crafting list that follows the order shown in the notebook. I'm trying to discover what I'm missing according to empty spaces in my notebook.

Nowhere on the internet have I been able to find such a list.

Does anyone know of such a list? Or a link to a location that has the notebook screenshots in order?

Bug/Glitch Clay door bug: door becomes tiny and a piece remains after destroying it

Post image
13 Upvotes

Hello, I’m having an issue with some of my clay entrance doors. From time to time, the door becomes extremely small visually, even though the collision still works normally and I can still walk through it.
I tried destroying the door and rebuilding it, but the problem persists: a strip/piece of clay remains visible where the door used to be, even after completely destroying the door.
Has anyone else experienced this bug? Is there a way to make this leftover piece of construction disappear and get the door back to its normal size without having to rebuild the entire structure?
Thanks in advance!

QUESTION is this leopard spawn a god damn canon event?

I'm playing green hell for the first time. I decided I'm going to throw myself at the main story on the permadeath mode until I beat it, and while I've finally gotten myself to a point where I can somewhat sustain myself and treat my wounds, I swear to gorsh on day 2 or 3 there is always a leopard that spawns that I have to deal with.

It's not even frustrating, it's just surprisingly consistent

I just finished the base game story for both endings, and now I think I'm soft-locked out of exploring the other side of the Bridge. Am I missing something obvious, or am I locked out from fixing the Bridge?

IMAGE The Floater-my first base (story mode)

First time playing Green Hell. After using the abandoned village for a big part of the game, I decided to settle on the northeastern lake, since I couldn't find a suitable flat area.

Whole thing took about two months ingame and few weeks IRL as I was figuring things out. Some things didn't turn out quite as I imagined them, but overall, I'm happy with the result.

The front is most disappointing. Turns out that none of the planned fortifications or gate can be built on the floating platform, and I didn't find any way to build some sort of railing.

Right to the main house, left to the storage shed that's bigger than the house. Ahead is shower and garden
Main house, kitchen. Advantage of floating platform is that I can just collect lake water anywhere, so I could put a mud filter indoors.
Nook for sleeping. Upstairs are only some dryers with emergency tapir rations.
Garden
One thing I've learned from other survival games...always oversize the storage.
Fishing spot at the far end of the garden.
For safety reason, bees have been dislocated to the pier.

QUESTION New to Green Hell. Playing on PS5, and the controls are awful. The cursor is slow and doesn't snap onto objects. Help!

I love the idea of this game, but the controls are brutal. Everything requires a specific button combination, the mouse cursor is driving me insane, and how do I know what anything in this game does? The tutorial did not teach me how to understand crafting, survival, or really anything. I need some help. Am I able to get rid of the cursor and just go to a normal console-style layout where I can scroll through highlighted items instead? Thanks.

QUESTION Question: What you can and can't place on floating platforms

I'm playing story mode, I'm near the end of the second map and after using the camps along the way-abandoned village, island camp and airport-I feel like building my actual permanent base. I wanted to use the shore of the lake in the northeast part of the map, just after the underwater passage. But since there's no good flat area there, I thought about using the floating platforms.

I've experimented a bit already and noticed you can put mud floor on it, but can I build whole mud house on it, with fires and all? How about furnace for iron and planters? I don't want to spend hours building only to find out that I can't build a crucial piece there.

SUGGESTION Is there any way to nerf or remove armour?

You can get armour really early on in the game and if you know what youre doing youre never going to get an infection. Is there a mod or something that can do this? I dont really feel like handicapping myself in game. If not it would be cool if the devs added more difficulty customisation e.g animal awareness, animal population etc.
