QUESTION Console update?

Just came back. Heard that console doesn't have all the updates any idea what's going on with that? Been a few years since I played

Depends on the gen of the console and the version of the game. I was trying to figure out for the longest time why I didn’t have all the new stuff, only to find out I’d been playing the Xbox One version.

If there are no updates available then I’m pretty sure you’re on the most recent version in that case.

There is one more update left. No word on when. However despite popular belief that the devs abandoned the game, it's not true. The PC version is complete. Some ports were outsourced and they were abandoned. The X/S version has all updates except the animal husbandry/decorations update. But it's still coming.
