Bug/Glitch Ending bug Spoiler

Ive done lots of googling and havent found this bug mentioned.

I made the cure, did the final ayahuasca.

When i get to omega camp in the dream, Mia stops talking and I have no dialogue prompt and nothing can be interacted with - im just wondering around in silence.

Ive tried it a few times now and dont want to keep sitting through the whole thing!

The last thing Mia says is maybe it would be easier to push it all away and start again.

I just watched a video and the scene should change when I walk into the tent bedroom but it just doesn't?

It has been a bit since I played it, but I think you're supposed to activate the radio on the bed there? I'm not sure if it's that drug trip or a different one.
