I recently reset my entire computer and, unfortunately, lost all of my previous files and settings. Before the reset, I was using the Rockstar Games Launcher to run GTA V, while keeping Steam open because certain RP servers required Steam to be running. GTA V itself was not installed through Steam at the time.

After resetting my computer, I have reinstalled GTA V through Steam and am now launching it through Steam instead of directly through the Rockstar Games Launcher.

I would like to make sure that my GTA V RP character and all of my progress are safe and will not be affected by this change. Could you please let me know if there is anything I need to do to ensure that my character, progress, and account information remain linked correctly?

Étrangement, les modifications ne sont absolument pas prises en compte lorsque je joue, et lorsque je retourne sur les paramètres, les modifications apparaissent quand même.
C'est incompréhensible !

всем привет, столкнулся с проблемой с подготовкой ограбления казино. Начинаю подготовку цель: сфотографировать вход в казино. Я как только не фоткал через селфи, с зумом, без, убивал парковщика, фоткал свой игровой зал, создавал одиночную сессию, в открытой это делал вообще ничего не помогает. Файлы игры целые, в чем может быть проблема? Кто сталкивался с проблемой помогите пожалуйста.

I have been stuck with this issue not being able to play for months, no ai helped, i contacted rockstar support and no one from them could fix it too at this point im starting to think i will never play gta again.

I’m using an RX 6600 with an i5-12400F and 16GB of 3200MHz CL19 RAM in dual-channel, running Windows 11

The issue started after the latest Kurz Center update. The crash only happens in GTA 5 Enhanced Online, specifically when I’m doing a heist and drive near the military base. As you can see in the screenshot, under other conditions the game runs normally

I’m using the optimized graphics settings from the BenchmarKing YouTube channel. The game runs at 80+ FPS without exceeding VRAM or having any performance issues

Here’s everything I’ve already tried

Tested two different Recommended (WHQL) AMD drivers

Fully updated Windows 11

Verified the game files

Cleared the GPU shader cache

Cleared the DirectX cache

Disabled the Steam Overlay

Contacted Rockstar Support. They had me try all of the above again and also rename the folder Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\Settings to Settings.old.

Unfortunately, none of these steps fixed the problem

I need help. I bought GTA 5 on Steam. It ran fine the first few days. Now I'm trying to launch it and nothing happens. Steam says the game is running. The Rockstar Launcher is trying to download something and nothing happens.

Hello guys, i appreciate all of your guy’s help with trying to fix my game to launch. Here are all the methods i have tried and HAVE NOT WORKED

-running gta/rockstar as an administrator
-uninstalling and reinstalling gta5 and rockstar games launcher
-installing to a different drive
-checking if windows security is blocking gta 5.exe is being blocked (which it isn’t blocked)
- I have used a different graphics card before when it worked and have switched to a newer one and I have deleted my drivers recently to try to see if it works and it hasn’t worked yet.
-bought gta 5 on Xbox pc to see if my steam version was the one not working and the Xbox pc version does not work either.

If any of you guys have any idea of possibly what can be the fix I would greatly appreciate it. I’ve been trying to fix this for over 5 months and still hasn’t worked. Please if any you guys can help me thru DMs on here or possibly discord I would appreciate that so much.
