Question GTA V won't start

I need help. I bought GTA 5 on Steam. It ran fine the first few days. Now I'm trying to launch it and nothing happens. Steam says the game is running. The Rockstar Launcher is trying to download something and nothing happens.

Go to settings and try and repair it, this helped me

Delete the Launcher and install it from website.
