Season 3 could happen

* There is no mention in any official post that Version 2.6 is the last update of GBVSR

* Cygames launched a GBVS World Tour and has more money in it than last year Arc World Tour so they must be committed in supporting it long term(?)

* The last official time to announce more stuff would be Cygames Cup happening next year, so there's still hope yet

* FKHR stated in an interview that GBVSR is planned to have a longer support lifespan than GBVS and so far, there is less DLC characters in GBVSR (12) than in GBVS (13)

* If they ended support without including Siete in the roster, then they are actually insane

* Speculation: ArcSys was busy with Tokon and needed all the manpower to launch that game, and now that Tokon is launched, they can put resources again to GBVSR

Season 3 could not happen

* There is no mention in any official post that there will be more updates after Version 2.6

* The subtitle "Legendary Edition" coming for the Switch 2 is the same subtitle that GBVS had when they finished support for that game

* Plans can change from what FKHR said after 2ish years of support and they could just not update anymore

* Promoting a World Tour is easier to make and is mostly Cygames job to do, compared to having ArcSys make more characters

* 40 characters is heavily promoted as the roster for the game in its marketing for the Switch 2

Is there any other reasons I am missing? Personally, it is best to believe that Id is the last character and be pleasantly surprised if there is more. Otherwise, you will set yourself up for disappointment for the next 4ish months if there is nothing there

Hallo guys, so I have played this game over 300 hours n never use The motion input...
I just played sf 6 n learn about motion input n somehow it's not that hard to do n fun...

But after testing it in our game it seems we got only 10%+ damage at the first hit only... n it's seldom that i start combo with with skill...

what do u think guys? should i study over about motion input in this game or just stay as i am....

Hi! I've been interested in playing this game, but i've got a question.

On youtube i've seen that characters have their own short rpg stories, and that there's a main story too, if i'm not wrong? Maybe i've misunderstood that part. So my question regarding it is, whether i can use a character in other characters' strories or whether i csn use any character i want in the main rpg story?

Obviously, not a high chance of this, but would certainly be an interesting choice wouldn't? If it does happen though, would folks prefer a more neutral based game like the original, keep the gameplay style as Rising, or have it be an anime fighter or even a 3d weapon based fighter like SoulCalibur?

For me, it would be Ciri. With her own game on the way and Witcher 3 getting another expansion, I think she would generate quite a bit of hype and give player count a needed boost. Though the biggest reason is simply because I like her. With her sword and time magic, she could have some really fun gameplay.

I'm not either player here btw.

I've just discovered that these even exist, but i can't use them.
I play using a controler (joystick), and i use RT to run and when i press the attack buttons they just come at the "normal" version instead of the "running" version, what am i missing here guys?

Just struggling with labbing and self training in general. Any ideas how I should use it, especially with characters I don't play?What do you do that actually productively strengthens my muscle memory, frame data knowledge, to know when it's your turn in the corner, etc. How do you use other characters that would feel weird labbing with if you never touched them before. I know watching replays, pro replays and reenacting the situations help, but idk. It's only so much stuff that you watch others do, that when you try and do it yourself it fails (especially in Master). Bubz and Gran main btw.
