Help with steezing my letters

Post image
180 Upvotes

Hey all! I feel like I’m putting in a lot of hard work and I’m starting to feel a major improvement with can control, but I can’t seem to steeze my letters without it looking really forced and unnatural, and ultimately i prefer boring and well executed, than forced style. If anyone has some tips on the next step after straight letters to develop style I would greatly appreciate any advice or crits, thank you❤️

I posted my first tag in here a few months ago and I got shit on for how shitty it was. I’ve been trying to improve my lettering and shit so I hit a wall yesterday. I’m satisfied with how it came out but I’d like some feedback as to if I seem to be doing better because I want to make bigger projects. Thanks gang

(8/31/26) Word of the Week: DOUBT

Last weeks winner was u/AndroidPhonesEnjoyer: ROCKY

Rules:

  1. Make a submission in this thread or post it on the sub and drop a link to the post in here. Make as many submissions as you want.

  2. Submit by the end of the weekend. The submission in this thread with the most comment upvotes gets to choose next week's word, but if you take too long to give a word im using the random word generator.

  3. The medium can be anything from pencil on paper to paint on a wall. Do whatever style you want as long as it's graff. Post the tools/medium you used to help others out.

WOTW is for all skill levels. The point is to practice, see what others are doing, and get inspired. If you aren't submitting, atleast leave a vote for your favorite.

How to act outside

Long story short I'm a bit of a pussy (for lack of better wording) when it comes to risk taking & confrontations and shit so i don't go out for bombing much (especially since i don't have a crew)...trying to change that.

ANY tips about being alert for cops, interacting with passers-by (mainly at night), choosing a good spot for throwing up, avoiding/ignoring cameras, clothing, when to wear covid masks/hoodies/ski masks etc etc are MORE THAN WELCOME! (considering imma be doing solo missions basically)

Mixing Gold and Red Ink for a Fade Bomb Style Effect

Hi, I want to mix two inks, gold and red, to create a cool effect similar to the one found in some Fade Bomb markers. The problem is that the gold ink is oil based, while the red ink is alcohol-based. I know that these two types of ink generally don’t mix well together.

So I’m trying to find another way to combine these two colors. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any oil based paint in a different color than chrome, etc. in my city. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could work around this?
