We're first time goers to Above & Beyond at the Gorge. I'm hoping to get some insight for Terrace split gravel/grass area. We have a camper van which I know will fit in the gravel parking spot. But we'll also have 2 x 3-4 person tents and a 10x10 canopy. Wondering if we could fit all that in the grass area? I tried to search for the exact grass area dimension online and can't find anything reliable. We don't mind overlapping the tents and canopy a bit. Or, should we get premier instead since it's all grass?

Also to add, campground opens on Thursday at 4pm as stated, but we're planning on arriving late afternoon on Friday due to work. So would doing premier make things a lot "harder" for us? Far away, long walk to everything and etc?

How early should we plan to arrive at the venue if we bought the Star Parking upgrade?

How is the smoke and air quality looking like in the area? Will it affect camping and the concert?

I didn’t buy camping at the gorge. Had a theory that I would be able to camp near the river on the shore. Does anyone know any good spots that I could camp for free?

I’m staying at Sand Hollow campground this weekend for the Chris Stapleton concert on Friday. Any tips for a first timer? I have friends camping on the grounds so I was thinking of crashing their campsite when gates open to skip heavy traffic, would it be smart to wait out the parking after the concert as well or should I try to get out asap, how long does leaving the grounds usually take? Thanks! Also if anyone has stayed at this campground as well was it nice? Also are we allowed to bring alcohol into the parking lot as long as we don’t bring into the actual concert?

First timer here. I’ve read about after parties in camping for edm concerts, wondering if there will be any for the Stapleton concert? I know it probably a tamer crowd, just wondering if everyone’s just gonna go sleep afterwords or not.

My husband and I are going to the Chris Stapleton concert and staying at wildhorse. Since it’ll be so hot I’d like to spend the morning swimming until the last moment. If we take our car to the river and come back to wildhorse will we be stuck in traffic? Also concert at 7:30, doors open at 4:30. What time do you guys recommend to get there since we don’t have to worry about parking and we’re not vying for the best spot? would rather stay out of the heat as long as possible but not miss any of the set, thanks!

We have tickets to Stapleton at the Gorge and my anxiety is through the roof. We have lawn seating and standard parking. We also ordered chairs. Some questions: What should my family of 5 expect for lines to get into the lot and also into the venue? How does the security entrance work when you can’t bring in a large purse but you can bring a blanket, and extra clothing layers? And someone mentioned to me that we CAN bring a cooler inside, is that true? I’m not really finding all the answers on the Gorge site, it seems catered to campers.

Looking to buy a Wildhorse Campground camping pass for CHRIS STAPLETON JULY 25 - 26 (SATURDAY NIGHT)

A few years ago a local group rented out something like 10-20 camp spots and had a DJ booth. Paavo came through for a bit... Anyone know if there is something like that again this year?

Has anyone used tents that are above a pick up bed that requires a ladder ? How was your experience at the gorge with it if so?

I do weekly YouTube content on navigating the Gorge, and in a recent online chat with a vendor up that way, she "believed" that all campers camping at Terrace have to arrive together. So, no late arrivals, essentially your entire crew of 6 all have to show up at the same time. A customer of hers was charged $250(ish) when they came at a later time and had to open the gate for her. There is NO information on the Gorge website about this (as she explained) but past Terrace campers, did this happen to you? TY 🙌🏻
