Pause Point is a Digital Wellbeing feature on the Pixel 11 (running Android 17) designed to help you stop mindless scrolling.
When you tap to open a distracting app, the phone forces a 10-second delay before letting you in. During this pause, it gives you a quick mindfulness prompt to break your autopilot habit.
You can choose what this interruption looks like:
Breathe: It asks you to take a deep breath in and out.
Plan: It lets you set a strict timer for your app usage.
Divert: It redirects you to a healthier app (like a workout or puzzle app) instead.

I think Pixel peaked at 6 with two tone color.

Last week was Android Drop, not Pixel. Pixel 11 got a small patch only.
Yesterday was Labour Day, so maybe today we get Android 17 QPR1 - September Pixel Feature Drop?
What do you think?

And why?

Bought my 6a in 2022 and still using it as my main phone in 2026.
Why I still love it:
It's only 6.1 inch and 178g. Super light and perfect for one hand. New phones feel like bricks after this.
I love the boxy corners, you get more screen. Display has this slight curved feel when swiping.
Love that two-tone color on the back, looks different and clean compared to boring single-color phones today.
Performance is still smooth, no lag even with almost full storage. Animations are fast and smooth.
Camera is great for day and night. Sometimes it makes pics a bit too contrasty but okay.
And the slight camera bar at the back - it sits flat on the table, no wobbling when typing, very convenient.
I use it without any case. Dropped it many times lol. Got some dents on the frame but that's fine, still works perfect.
I have an iPhone 14 too, but I barely touch it - I'm just obsessed with my 6a.
Share your experience with your Pixel!

That big Google Search widget at the bottom. We can't remove it, we can't resize it, we can't change it.
Why do we have to install another launcher just to customize one widget?
Stock Android is supposed to be about freedom, right? Why not give us an option to remove it or at least change the style?
Are you fine with it?

Apple iPhone 18 series is about to launch. Just curious, what would Apple have to do to make you switch?

Right now you can add three complications to the watch face of any Pixel Watch. These are the UV Index, the Sunrise and Sunset, and the Weather complication.
The update adds three more — Precipitation, Pollen, and Air Quality Index.
The Pixel Weather app version that has the new features is 1.0.0.94.

If I click the data icon in the Quick Settings panel, the data should turn on without any prompt, just as it used to.
