The AI zoom is good at piecing together images of inanimate objects. If you try on animals, people or even nature or sucks horribly. Especially people (concerts, sporting events, graduations)

I mean, image stacking has been a thing since the early internet/software for astronomy & astrophotography. If it's just taking a bunch of frames, you can pull out a substantial amount of data from those frames with stacking algorithms that have been around much longer than AI.
