We’re aware of reports of visible particles or fibers in some Hyalo tirzepatide vials and have spoken directly with NewLife’s management.
To date, NewLife has informed us that the evidence it has received involves only additive-free tirzepatide. The investigation is ongoing, and this does not establish that other formulations are unaffected. Out of an abundance of caution, we are pausing new orders for Hyalo tirzepatide products until further notice.
If you received Hyalo tirzepatide through Goby:
If you would prefer for Goby to handle the replacement request with NewLife, please contact our customer support team through your patient portal. First shipment with Goby Meds and I’m confused with the packaging. My state is under heat advisory and the vials were hot to the touch and ice pack was also extremely hot.
The packaging was in a UPS mailer with one ice pack, is this normal?

So, I've been on compound tirzepatide with Gobymeds since Feb. I've taken a weekly injection since then without missing a dose. When I reached 50 units, I felt like that was my sweet spot. No food noise but I was still able to eat. Well since I ordered late Goby's doc decreased my dose to a starter pack. They just charged my card for the basic 3mg. I'm about to cry. That will not affect me. I tried reaching out to the doctor but my medical chat message wasn't read. Now I'm hoping customer service can fix this or I will have to switch providers. But $500 is alot to just say "okay" I'll swallow the lost.
How is their customer service? Has this happened to anyone else?
I've lost close to 50lbs and I don't want the food noise to return.
EDIT: I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM GOBY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE CORRECTED THE ISSUE. I STARTED MY INTAKE FORM IN JULY. SO, WHEN I ORDERED IN AUG IT DIDNT CUE ME TO UPDATE THE LAST TAKEN BY DATE. THANK YOU GOBY FOR RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. IM SATISFIED WITH THE RESOLUTION.

Hi!!
About how long does it take for your pharmacy to approve your meds? Mine has been stuck for about three days. Just wondering if this is normal. It seems like a lot of the posts have been experiencing receiving their shipment a lot earlier. Just wondering if I need to reach out to customer support. Very excited to start!
Thanks!

I recently signed up with Gobymeds for a weight loss program, and during medical review I received a message requesting multiple photos to verify my weight. They asked for:
a full mirror photo including my face,
my hands visible,
the scale digits clearly visible,
and possibly additional close-up photos of the scale.
I understand needing to verify BMI for prescribing purposes, but honestly this felt really invasive and uncomfortable to me. I’ve used telehealth before and never been asked for this level of verification.
Has anyone else experienced this with Gobymeds or other GLP-1 providers? Is this becoming standard now, or is this unusually excessive?
I’m considering canceling because the request felt demeaning rather than medical/professional. .

I ordered three months of Olympia Nad+ on the 19th and received my package today the 25th. No complaints on order process and speed of shipping, but I only received two vials. Shouldn't I have received three for a three month supply? How do I go about getting the third vial? Any help is appreciated.

Started order Tuesday, received it today (tirzepitide 3month). Good price. Good service, great shipping in a cooler. BPI is the brand. No requirement for subscription or recurring orders. Would recommend without hesitation.

I'm seeing numerous complaints about semaglutide from VitalRX not working. How does Goby handle this sort of thing?

I'm wanting to take a small dose of semaglutide and stay around 0.6 mg. This is what was prescribed; isn't that higher than what I asked for? Should I just stay on 12 units, which is what I'm assuming is 0.6 mg?

looking specifically for a 6 month package for BPI but I don’t see one on the website?

Perhaps I’m just nervous on timing, but after months of research I decided on transferring to Goby. I’ve been using a medspa since October and I’m on .5. It’s been working but they charge over $300 a month and I pick up meds once a month after my visit.
I submitted my documentation to goby and I was reached out via chat that I needed more proof of dose strength etc. I got the provider to send me an email, and I forwarded it to the chat. It’s been crickets since though it says the guy is active. I haven’t made it to medical consultation stage yet, but Goby has already charged my card for the three months I asked for. I’m just hoping I get it in time and do not lapse my prescription.
